Who hit up walmart this morning

for their Saturday sale? After trying to get the 26" lcd on amazon with no luck, dh and I got up at and got to walmart at 700am! We were first in line and only about 10 people showed up for the sale and half of them were walmart employees! LOL While waiting for 8am to roll around dh decided to grab the Ps3 move bundle deal with the 50.00 gift card. He was suppose t hand off the gift card to me so I could use it on the tv but instead the register rang the ps3 up at 349.00 instead of the 399.00, no big deal really.

So I scored the tv for my dd's 10th birthday and the ps3!!! Hope everyone got what they wanted!

I went for the itunes cards which was a nightmare and now I have to go back when they sort it out with my raincheck to get them. I was very surprised that there was only one person in front of me at the store when I got there at 6:50am. Last year they handed out tickets for the laptops (I got one) and the tickets where gone before the store opened at 7am. This year they still had some laptops when I left the store at 8:25am. Same with the TV's, still had most of them. They only sold a few of the smaller TV's.

I went to get the Itunes cards, but most people in the Electronics department were there for TVs. I'm not "up" on the TV sales, but I did hear that the 26" models sold out pretty fast. People were waiting in line at 7:30 when we arrived, and they weren't friendly -- no one would talk to me. It was like being nice would let me take away their TV, even though they were ahead of me in line.

If employees were buying them, I wasn't aware of that.

I just went for the iTunes gift card. I got there a few minutes after 8:00 and saw only 2 people with the tv's in their baskets. Noone else in the electronics area at all! There were plenty of tv's stacked on the floor and gift cards hanging.

we were unable to get the 26 inch TV we had planned on. however, my husband had been pushing for the 32 inch anyway - i went ahead and told him to go for it. we also got the two itunes cards. no probs with the itunes cards. i stayed home with the kids while hubs went to wally world.

We were there at 715 am and just camped out in electronics. We were the first ones there. We live in a smaller town so not too many people showed up. They only had 2 of the 55 inch tvs and one went to an employee. When it got closer to 8 more people showed. At 730 the manager asked what we were there for and we said the 26 in tvs and that we wanted 2. She had someone pull them out and set it by the register. We just had to wait until 8 to buy it. I picked up one itunes card too. They had tons of those.

It was a successful trip!

I didn't get to my Walmart until about 9 am. I got 4 of the itunes cards and 2 laptops. The electronics guy said they got about 200 of the laptops and still had plenty left. There were still a lot of tvs too.

I went to get the itunes card and figure while I was there maybe I would grab one of those 26" LED TV's but there were none left. No big deal, I wasn't planning on it anyway so I wasn't too disappointed.
I did see a $100 blu-ray and almost grabbed it but the sign said everyday low price so I'll go back for it when I go back for the itunes cards with my raincheck.

DH stopped on his way home from work to pick up an Itunes card and was able to get it with no prob. He got to Walmart about 7:15 and said there was a long line of people waiting in electronics. Luckily he didn't have to stand in line for the Itune card.

I thought this sale was tomorrow! I saw this post at 8:20, ran and put on my clothes. Headed to walmart. There was one lady in the electronics dept buying two computers and that was it! Although I did see a man walking away with a tv in a basket.

They had the tvs and computers stacked up behind the register. I got 2 itunes gcs and 1 computer.

My laptop is limping along on it's last leg so I've been looking for a cheap new one.

The itunes cards will go in my kids stockings. Ds is constantly bugging me to buy apps for his ipod touch. Now he can buy whatever he wants (within reason of course

I got to my Walmart around 8am to get the Itunes gift cards. They had a problem with the register not ringing them up for $35 so I had to wait. I was able to get 3 of them. They had a ton of tvs and computers left when I walked out at 9am. I was really suprised it was not that crowded.

that too me was a big score for disney trip

I just went at 1230 and I asked if they had any more cards and she said yes and sold it to me. They had a stack of them with no signs out, so I am glad I asked.

It was for 50 dollars worth for 35.00.

I went for the iTunes gift cards, left my name and number and purchased 3 pair of skinny jeans for dd(14) for $1.00 each!!!! Now waiting for the call to go and get the gift cards.

I went in to Wal-Mart because I needed cereal. I really didn't need or want any of the electronics but I figured I'd check to see if there were by any chance any itunes cards left. It was around 11:30am so I figured no way but I was there anyway so why not check? There were a bunch. I picked up 2. When I was checking out I commented to the cashier that I was surprised that there were any left and she commented that they had a lot of trouble checking them out this morning so they couldn't sell them at the time. I guess people got rain checks? Anyway, I was happy. I'm sure my kids will be thrilled.

I didn't know they weren't going to stick to the 2 per person limit on the I-tunes cards, so I dragged DH with me so we could get 4 of them. Of course he had to check out the other stuff while we were there. I think he might have bought one of the 26" TV's if they actually had any in stock. Our store didn't have any, so they gave out rainchecks to the 8 people who were waiting in line at 8am. We didn't come until later, so no raincheck for us. Oh well, we'll keep looking and hopefully find another good deal, DH really wants a higher dpi anyway.
