They haven't gotten any better. They were starting to, but I had to decrease my Topamax because of some kidney pain I was having (still am having, I think from a side effect of the medicine, I'm taking a lower dose now.) so they have just gone back to where they were in the begining I have another appointment with the neuro next week so I guess we can discuss our options then. Looks like the insurance aint budging on me not needing a CAT scan though, so I won't be getting that unless I want to pay out of pocket (I have no idea what that would even cost Probably way out of my price range. )

Ashely...sorry to hear your headaches are back. Hopefully the will get the CAT scan approved just to make sure. I would guess a CAT would be in the neighborhood of $2000 or more.

We're back from Nathan's ballgame. We lost; the score was 12-32, but I enjoyed watching them play.

Hey Donna...darn, Nathan lost. I bet it was great to finally get to see him play! Hopefully they will pick up some wins soon! We played a football game in a post season tournament for teams that did not make the playoffs. We lost...but will play one more game.

Well, I'll make it short tonight. I have to work and end of the month meeting tomorrow so that will make an early than usual start.

Don't wait till the night before Halloween to buy candy....just sayin'! 4 stores, 2 hours, too much money spent on stuff I didn't need and should not have bought and not even a bag of the crappy candy left! On my way home I was passing the Meijer and decided to look there....they had candy, the good stuff!!!

Now I'm tired and worn out, so I'm heading to bed. I hope Maddie wakes up better tomorrow. She remembered today was the Haunted gym at school and she missed it! Poor thing every year she is sick and misses it.

Well since some of you are an hour ahead of me, it's tomorrow, so...............

YourMajesty:: Yes, hopefully the kids' game will improve. The game was supposed to start at 6:30; we got there at 6:00 and they were already playing!! Nathan didn't get a chance to practice or warm-up.

Good morning! How are you doing?


Well, went to the dentist last night.. uhh took 2 HOURS to get xrays and exam at the new dentist. I have a cavity that broke, so it needs repaired. I’ll get that taken care of ,but not sure I’ll go back after that… some other people were talking how long it always takes too . No thanks, I have MUCH better things I’d rather be doing w/my time than sitting at some dentist office. Uh!!! It drives me crazy when dr’s offices don’t act like your time is valuable too! I got to spend a whole 10 MINUTES w/Kenny last night! I was NOT happy! Then they have you speak to the “finance mgr” I’m paying my % of a cavity… I know how much I’ll have to pay… It was crazy. I told her, I’m paying for a cavity, not buying a Mercedes! I just really wasn’t impressed w/how they operate! The lady beside me waited 20 minutes just to “check out” and get a new appt.
