I leave work a little early yesterday and get back today and our cliqueless group has grown to 18 pages!!!
I already feel like an outsider to the cliqueless group!! Can I still be a member?
ILUVMYBRIT said:Never been included in any cliques...even in school. Been cliqueless for 34(oh ok make it 35 years). At least I don't think I have. Well, I don't know maybe thats not true. I did have a group of friends in school who were also not part of any "in crowd"...kind of like those of us posting here. So maybe that was our own clique there. You know...the looser, unpopular, nerdy, band geek group...wow, who would have thought I DID BELONG TO A CLIQUE!!!![]()

Where do you all stand with cliques in the workplace? For example, I work in the corporate office of a decent size company - we've got about 50 - 60 people at corp. We are very cliquey and political here - it's almost Jr. Highish. It seems like the more you're willing to gossip and so forth, the more "in" you are. That's just not my style... I work hard, and keep my nose out of everybody's business, just like I was taught growing up. I guess that's not cool.......![]()
I'm also pretty shy and quiet, as mentioned by some of you guys... I guess that doesn't make for good clique material. hee, hee, hee. I just don't clique.
