Alright shorty girls like me (5'2") I bought a really cute sundress at New York and Co yesterday that did not make me look like an overweight midget, it was very flattering. Certainly more expensive than Old Navy but they are having a buy one get one half off sale on the entire store so it wasn't that bad!

I do indeed have to work this weekend, well today and tomorrow at least. I am singing at church on Sunday morning so I have that day off.

Well, I'm off to the store!!!

I need some new undies too. Actually she left Fredricks a few months ago. I was sad when she left there. Now she works at a jewlery store and I never go in there because I want everything I see and it is all so expensive.

Kenny is all excited now that soccer is starting I'll have to post a pix of his soccer pix! I got his buttons yesterday... so cute! I just want to pinch his cheeks! How have you been?

Hi Bonnie, nice to see you again! Spring Break... aaaaah that would be nice if I could get Spring Break from work. Lyzzie was off last week and this week has been rough at our house getting back to "normal"!

Ashley: I know I shouldn't put it off, but I don't think I really need a root canal. I was just having problems with my tooth being sensitive to cold, and now it's not bothering me at all. The dentist said he didn't see any cavity or abcess, but that the bone density under the tooth was "a bit low" which is sometimes an indicator of needing a root canal. I really think he said that just so he could pass me off to someone else since he didn't find anything wrong. Also the one he said to have checked out isn't even the one that was sore!

I am SO happy that it's almost the weekend!! Tomorrow is large trash pickup day in our neighborhood, they only do this once every two years so it's kind of a big deal. It's so funny because at about 5am you will start to see people in pickup trucks and SUVs cruising the neighborhood and "shopping."

The local children's farm opens on Sunday, so I guess that's where we will be going. It's so nice, the kids love it and I love it because it's FREE! I was even thinking about volunteering there, all you need to do is one 4-hour shift a week and I think it would be fun working with the animals. They have farm animals and a few native wildlife like a bison and a couple bobcats, a bunch of birds (owls & hawks & stuff) that were rescued and can't be released back to the wild. The kids' favorite part is the butterfly garden - I took Emma there last fall and they let her touch some caterpillars which she thought was extremely cool. I'll have to remember to bring the camera this time!

Oops, I just accidentally hung up on a customer instead of sending them to voicemail! The buttons on the phone are right next to each other, and my eyes are dry and cloudy today (which reminds me, I NEED to go to the eye dr! I'm almost out of contacts!) so I wasn't really paying attention. I hope they call back!

Well back to work, but only for another 2 hours.

Linda: Did you see that disney shopping is having a snowglobe sale? I saw the email and immediately thought of you!! Lyzzie wants to start a snowglobe collection but she only wants the little mini ones - she has about 3 or 4 - and I have a price limit of $5 that I'm willing to pay for one, anything over that and she has to pay the difference. We saw some cute Easter ones at Walgreens but she didn't see any she loved - she always looks when we go to the dollar store too since she just likes the little ones. They had some at TDS leftover from Xmas 2006 that are down to $5 but she didn't want them because they had the year printed on them and they were the bigger ones. Silly girl!!

oh wow...that's not very far! I think that's pretty close to Ashley too! I've worked in D.C...I remember the traffic I've seen much worse though... it sounds like you will all have a good time. You'll have to let us know how the festival is.

Bonnie, have fun in DC! We went a couple years ago, but it was SO crowded (last weekend of the festival). It took about an hour to get from the Metro to the street. Still, it was nice.

Actually Lyzzie hates the Beverly, but she loves to drink it and make awful faces - apparently this is hilarious. I'll be getting a new picture in just over a month!!

KC only had heavy trash pickup every 2 years? We have it once a month! That farm sounds like fun. Me and Steven might take our nephew somewhere this weekend since the poor boy never gets out of the house. I wish we had something like that here. I'll have to look into it.

I know!! The problem is, we don't have a vision plan at work. But if I go to an opthamologist that's on my health plan, then the exam will be covered. But first I need to FIND an opthamologist that's on my health plan - and that's what I've been putting off. I hate trying to find a new eye dr! (Or dentist, or regular dr.) And then my contacts are not covered, so I was kind of waiting until payday, which is today... so no more excuses!!
