Hi everyone!!

Just wanted to check in. I'm doing ok after my tooth extraction. Sorry I disappeared, I've been out of it since Thursday because of my pain medication! I take it every 4 hours, so by the time I wake up to take it again I'm asleep like an hour later, they just knock me out!!

I feel much, much better but I'm still pretty sore. It's a totally different pain though- kind of like I've been punched in the jaw!! But nothing compared to the pain I was feeling Wednesday and Thursday!!!

April: if you're going to call CP for Saturday night, see if you can get enough seats for Emma and I to join you (7:15ish, so it's the same time as the rest of the gang is at 'Ohana)! That was on my to-do list for tomorrow anyway, since I never did get into Chef Mickey's. I got my Crocs at shoestation.com, have you tried there yet? They were reasonably priced and they had a lot in stock of adult sizes, and they arrived about 4 days after I ordered them with standard ground shipping. Just an idea.

Hi to everyone else! Emma wore her Princess dress most of the afternoon, and even got all dolled up with her accessories! Except the crown, which promptly broke in 3 places when I took it out of the package. I might put up some pics in a few minutes here.

April...I bought my crocs while I was in Oklahoma City...but they had plenty...darn. Just hang in there I bet you will find a pair. I wouldn't pay a higher price on ebay.

Good news as far as the weather goes here in Tulsa. It rained all day instead of snowing. It melted much of the ice!

April...I did get the black with red strap. I wear an 8 in a sneaker too and I went with the 8-9 (womens med...i think). If my memory is correct I think lzziesmom got the red with black strap (very cute). Someone posted a picture of the red Disney croc with white socks on and they were cute. I went with black being conservative because I don't really care for the color of my LIME green ones.

April: I got the red Crocs with the black strap for me and for Emma. I have generic black ones and they show water spots and dirt really bad! I don't think the real ones do that because they are made of a different material, but I found the black fakes made my feet really hot. Keep in mind though, I am the girl who used to get up in the middle of the night and cut the feet off of my foot pajamas because they were too hot! Anyway, the red/black strap Crocs are super cute; they remind me of Mickey's shoes. FYI - I have read that the "pearl" color is really more of a gray, not really white at all.Good luck getting some, whatever color you decide on!

ETA: I wear an 8.5 or 9 in shoes and I got the Womens Medium, they fit just a little more snug than my regular Crocs but they feel really good! They seem to be slightly narrower than my other ones (real ones, not the generic), I think they are the different style because my other ones have an actual size and you know how some Crocs have a pattern up by where the strap goes if you flop it to the front instead of behind your heel? The Disney ones have the pattern there and my other ones don't. Does that make any sense? Anyway, I think you will be fine with the Medium.

Ashley: Glad to hear your extraction went well and you are feeling better! I wish pain meds would knock me out - they make me hyper instead. Weird, huh? I figured that's why we hadn't heard from you. I hope you found something to eat! Losing weight huh? That's the good part in all of this!

Well, I don't think I can find ANY Disney Crocs. I should have followed your leads and bought them weeks ago. Now every place I look is sold out including Crocs.com, Nofeargear.com, Shoebuy.com, Zappos.com. All sold out. And I'm NOT going to pay the ridiculous prices on ebay. It's irritating because our Dillard's and Belk's (department stores in the area here) sell the kid's Disney crocs but I would need a size 6 (youth) and they only go to size 5 youth. But, they don't carry (nor have they from what I understand) the adult Disney Crocs. What's a girl to do?

FYI: They DO have the red/black and black/red Disney crocs at WDW. The red were everywhere but the black were harder to find. They were 29.99.

I'm not much of a kids' sports person, but it seems to me like even though a league is 'instructional', a team that is playing dirty should be reprimanded, fouled, or whatever! I mean, how are they supposed to learn that they can't play dirty? Not cool.

Ashley - hang in there! The pain meds are great, but not for during the day!
2X2S - I was beginning to worry about you, since we didn't hear from you Friday or Saturday until late. You OK???

I'm laughing my BUTT off!!!!! Are you SURE we weren't seperated at birth??? I think of you as a kindred spirit!! I USED to cut the feet out of my footsies!! For as long as I can remember even at Emma's age I would cry until my mom cut those stupid things off. Of course, when I was older I cut them off. You know how some kids get them cut off because they out grow them in the legs?? Not me, it was best just to buy me footless pajamas! Even now, I might end up trying to go to sleep w/ socks on because my feet are cold but inevitably in the morning they are in a pile under the covers. I hate things on my feet when I'm trying to go to sleep. That is so funny. You're the only other person I've heard of who does this that's why I'm laughing so hard.

My sister Sherri still wears those stupid foot things in adult size.

Anyway, I called Disney Dining and the best I could get was 7:30pm at the Crystal Palace. They had a 6:25pm but I thought that might be too early? I just didn't know what to do. I guess I could have grabbed Steven's cell and called you for your opinion. Wouldn't that have freaked you out? You would have been like, who's this???? So, if this won't work just let me know. They asked if we wanted a highchair w/ Emma and I said yes(?). The lady was like, "Ooooh, but there's going to be characters there and she's going to be wanting to get out." I was like, "I don't know, lady, alls I know is I just read the other day how her grandmom didn't think she needed a highchair anymore but the mom said she does so put it in there." If we don't need it, then we don't need it but if we do, we got it is how I look at it.

Michele---wow, Nick is talented!!!! Does he plan to go into a career that will show this talent off??

Nick is too funny about what he wants to do when he grows up. I know some of you were talking the other day about how you are adults and still don't know what you want to be when you 'grow up' ( add me to that list, by the way) Nick has known since he was 4 years old that he is going to be a veterinarian when he grows up. Completely sure! Of course at the time he was also going to marry Anna, his little girlfriend; they were both going to go to Michigan State, become vets, get married and live on a farm. Well he hasn't seen Anna since they were 5 but the rest still fits. In 8th grade our school has the kids take an EDP test (education development plan) It tries to tell what a kid should consider as a career based on their interests and then you can plan what classes you take based on that info. Bunch of nonsense for most but....Nick's came back this week...he should be a VET!!

Every once in while tho he will mention that he wants to be an animator, on his days off

I'm confused...why aren't you guys going to 'Ohana's? I don't think I will be going either. I don't know about Lesa but I really didn't care for the food there. I was just going to do some CS place and have time to do the rides.
