April, glad to hear from you!! I know what it is like not to have a home to sleep in. Mike and I went through that several years ago. We had to move out, but our new home wasn't ready. We spent almost 3 weeks living with my mom. I hope to never have to do that again. I hope your home sells quickly.

Sorry that you couldn't get Crocs. I thought they were so ugly, but they grow on you. I have two pair and I bought Mike a pair. They really are comfy.

I think the costume sounds cute. Plus, you should be comfortable.

I am already tired of Ernesto. We are supposed to get around 8in of rain. I just know my kitchen is going to flood.

Welcome, Tricia! Well what a coincidence. We have several Libra's here (maybe too many!) My & Lyzziesmom's birthday is October 8!! Welcome to our little group. We love it here!!

Amber, It is raining here right now too! We finally get a long weekend, and it is gonna rain the whole time... I don't think Jeremiah will go as far as wearing Crocs, though. He absolutely HATES all kinds of sandles. But he thought the Crocs looked cute on my feet.

April, I miss you!!!! about DH hating the Crocs. Jeremiah was saying the same thing, mow much he hated them, etc. He never said that I couldn't get them, but he wasn't happy about it. Thats what I was surprised when we went to the store! What a weirdo.

Ashley, the only reason Mike is even thinking about wearing them is because EVERYONE has told him how comfortable they are. I doubt if he will wear them any place other than WDW though. (I'm thinking that he may try to back out of wearing them when we actually get down there; only time will tell).

I want summer back!! This is crazy, it hasn't been over 75 for over a week. I LOVE hot weather, I really need to live in Florida, I hate this. No one has been in the pool in weeks. It is getting so chilly at night that the pool can't hold the heat in. We have a solar cover on but we don't have a heater. I keep trying to get Blake to agree to buy one but nothing so far My nieces are coming over on Sunday and they will want to swim no matter what the temp. My poor brother will have to get in with them

I am going crazy with Matt's knee. First the doc tells us that he thinks it is the ACL or the meniscus, sends us for an MRI. He tells us he thinks the MRI is negative and just to rest it. He says the radiologist will read it on Monday and he will call if it is anything different. Well no call Monday so I was relieved. We went yesterday for his re-check at which the doc informs us that the radiologist thinks it is a partial tear of his ACL, BUT that he, the doc, had looked at the films again and he doesn't see it. That he sees all of the fibers and he looks ok to him. THEN he asks us how the rehab is going? EXCUSE ME??!?! You didn't send him to rehab? Oh now he writes the script for rehab 3 days a week , he has to come back in 2 weeks to be rechecked. And he wants him to wear a brace when he does go back to sports. Okey dokey...he tells me the brace is pricey, I should have know better but I was picturing $300-400. And say sure, if he needs it, fine. Then his assistant comes back to tell me that they are calling our insurance company about the brace since it is $1300!!! I quickly call Blake and ask him what I should do if the ins won't cover it. He says "you leave without it!!" Luckily the ins will cover it so now we are the proud owners of $1300 worth of plastic and velcro!

I just got back from the rehab place who will call me next Tuesday to tell me when his sessions will be.

He wants to play football sooo badly. He team has had 2 games so far and won both of them with a combined total of 90-0!! His coach was begging the kids not to score anymore Wed night. Problem is by this time the 2nd and 3rd strings were in and this may be their only chance to score. It is hard to take that away from a kid.

Sorry I just had to vent a little.

Hope everyone who is dealing with Ernesto is doing OK!!

Oh! I forgot to tell you guys something..

I got my travel documents yesterday!! I was so excited. My travel agent also sent me a little gift bag with a waterbottle holder that goes around your neck, a wallet that goes around your neck, some magnets, stickers, etc. I was so excited!!

I am alittle disappointed that I only got 2 luggage tags. If you can bring 4 bags total, (on magical express) why don't they send you 4 luggage things? I really like them though, I think I'll keep them on my luggage even after my trip!!!

My AP expires this November, but DH's expires next September so we are planning on going before then, (hopefully...) We want to do it that way, so we only have to buy one AP a year. I am going to be so sad when my trip is over.

I feel the same way too. I can't wait to go but on the other hand, I know it will be over soon too. I will not be going back next year unless they offer the free DP again or a really good deal! Hopefully in '08 I will be back.

Sorry I have been MIA, well actually I've been checking in but didn't post. You know how it is when you get 5 pages behind you feel overwhelmed Thanks for thinking of me Donna!

I don't know if I mentioned this or not, but my Dh had shoulder surgery today. So I spent from 12-4:30pm at Outpatient surgery center today, thankfully my parents came up to watch Ben and then pick Connor up from school. Darin is feeling amazingly well (I throw up upon waking from anesthesia) but that may have to do with his pain pump and the 2 percocet he took (again I would be dead to the world if it were me). On a good note when I came home, my mom had baked a yummy cake and had homemade chicken soup cooking on the stove

My cousin and her family are arriving tonight from Maryland (so I've also been trying to get my house cleaned, they'll be here at 10pm) and we are going to another cousins wedding tomorrow and I've been told I have a job as punch bowl attendant at the reception, which means I'll probebly get some on my shirt since that always happens to me My cousin Stacy will be doing this with me (she's more like a sister) and we're thinking about putting out a tip jar and donating the proceeds to the happy couple!

On a happy note I will get my first commissions this month, and this is off a vacation (non-disney) trip I booked at the beginning of June. The trick is to keep up business so there isn't a time you aren't getting some sort of commission. It's a small one but it's still exciting

I glad to hear your DH came through surgery OK. I hope all will be well after the drugs wear off. I think I do remember you mentioning his surgery, just lost track of the time.
