How was everyone's day?? I wonder what Lyzziesmom and her crowd are doing right NOW!!!!

I worked today, had lunch with my mom and nephew (the baby one), went to the market for my ingredients for my desserts and now I am home. Fun day, huh??

Final decision on the desserts---chocolate angel food cake and DznyFan's key lime pie. Sound yummo???

Okay, one question?? I am not a Libra---am I booted from the group???

I have never quite heard of a punch bowl attendant. Just don't spike it.

I remember at my aunt's wedding years ago, my sister and I were in high school and our job was to carry these huge boxes of Italian cookies around to the tables and offer them to everyone. I had one end and she had the other----can you envision this?? In our bridesmaid dresses?? Classy. Plus, you know those Italians (or maybe you don't)----it takes forever for them to pick out just the right cookie. "let me seeee, honey, ooohh, that one looks good. Doesn't this one look good Sal?? Which one do you want?? And you, Pauly??"

I thought you were referring to my crazy lone conversation---meaning that the light is on but no one home upstairs.



The BBQ is tomorrow. I am going over to my mom's in the morning to bake because I enjoy her kitchen so much more than mine. Plus, all of my ingredients are over there since we went to the market this evening. My presence was then requested early over my aunt's to help her. My cousin should be over there early as well so we should be able to knock things out fairly quickly. It is going to be kind of a rough one though, because this was my grandma's house (the one that passed away in March) and she used to love all of the holidays and we always got together. We'll do okay.


Yeah, maybe Pozey got busted. I wonder if Mrs. Pozey knows he hangs out with all of these cyber chicas.

You guessed it on your first try. Good girl. It is brick oven pizza. Pepperoni on one and I think veggie on another. Sound good??

Don't really have any plans. Nathan and I will have to go pick out his birthday cake for his party next Saturday. Also have to buy napkins, plates and cups. Oh, I for got to tell you guess what he picked for his theme?? Come on and guess!!!

I really need to shop for him a little something, will probably have to wait until DH gets home. Not going to buy too uch. What with the WDW trip, his new 4-wheeler and the expense of the party, I think I've spent about enough!!

I went to Wal-Mart tonight, specifically to get light bulbs. I came out $70 later, got in the car and on the road, and realized I didn't get any. I hate Wal-Mart, but it was late and Tar-jay was closed. It wasn't too bad, but I hate how they park those boxes in every aisle!!!

We have been having bad weather ALL day. Really strong wind, and really strong rain..And the temps are about 55-60. Gosh, I am getting depressed just thinking about winter!! I was talking to my mom, and she was saying how we got Ernesto worse than she did, in South Florida!! Hopefully it'll calm down by tomorrow, I really wanted to go to the pool during this long weekend!!

I just found what the Lyzzie gang is doing today-----Lyzzie and her momma went to Disneyquest while Emma napped or swam with grandparents. They were then going to Ft. Wilderness for campfire and movie. How fun!!! I hope they have good weather.
