Who here has a "fun" job?

I love my job. Founding partner of a small architectural firm, plus I do the IT stuff for my firm. It's something different every single day. Also, the people I work with are very fun (I'm probably the most reserved one in the firm).

I like my jobs---I work f/t in the financial services for a major bank. Night and weekends, I work in a video store....

I have a fun job , I am a mascot for a recycling company and i get to go to schools and hand out awards and i get to be in parades and hang out with local sports and other local celebrities and make kids and adults smile, and still be there when my kids get home from school.

I enjoy my job-although it can be challenging at times--

Circulation District Manager with USA Today-the nation's largest newspaper. I have an office at home and quite a bit of flexibility. No weekends, holidays, and usually short days on Fridays!! :cool1:

I love my job...I get to teach American Government to college freshman and sophomores. So my political junkie habits are all for work!

I'm so glad to see so many people enjoying their jobs! Hey, maybe there's hope for the rest of us. ;)

I do not love my job. However, everyone else always thinks that it is "cool". I have my degree in Meteorology and work for a Private Jet Membership Company. I do a 'quality assuance' of the flights, and am the last person to talk to our clients the night before their trip. The "cool" part would be that we have quite a few celebrities and athletes as clients, and I get to talk to them occasionally.

But trust me, when you do it all the time. It gets OLD, and FAST!

(It pays the bills though!)

I work part-time at Disneyland! I work Attractions in Toontown, so I rotate through Roger Rabbit's Car Toon Spin, Gadget's Go Coaster, and Mickey's House. Generally it is SO much fun working with a very happy group of cast members and helping such a wide variety of guests. I see several hundred different people an hour so it always stays interesting.

However, the pay isn't the best...so to supplement that I work a few hours a week at my mother's law firm. Thats not as fun, obviously...

Right now I am a SAHM, but was a Sailmaker for 12 years. Shorts, T-shirts and Topsiders were the uniform. Maine, Bermuda, Key West, England, and the Connecticut/Rhode Island shoreline was the office. Being paid to go sailing was great, but now I own the boat and have to pay all the bills! :sail:

I have a great job! I manage talent (mostly country music artists) and get to travel on tour and attend award shows. I am branching out on my own so right now it is SCARY to think about being completely freelance again after years of having a salary from a firm but it is also exciting to be on my own and not have to answer to anyone. :teeth:

I couldn't ask for a job I love more, I work for a Nextel Cup racing team!! :thumbsup2

I am SOOOOOO tempted to ask whose team...but I'll contain myself! :goodvibes

My job right now....not so fun. What makes it fun is knowing I'll be able to go to grad school next year!! After that, I'm hoping that my job will be "fun" because it will be something I love...not just something to pay the bills.
