Who has used Nutztogo?

I'm looking at a couple fanny packs shown on their site- has anyone ordered from them, and if so, how were they? Alsok how's their return policy if they're not what I hoped for?

I've only used Nutztogo once, to order their countdown keychain. I have no complaints and also no info on their return policy.
