I have seen these rooms mentioned a few times. I think I may have even seen a photo link. What makes them seem to be special? Are they bigger?

I think most of these rooms are in the ends of the four wings that protrude toward the Swan. The room is not bigger but it has two windows, one on each exposed wall. MOst of these then have a larger balconey in the rounded portion at the end of the wing. Some of them have a second balcony facing the other wing. The exra window adds more natural light, which I really like and it was nice not to feel cramped out on the balcony.

I stayed in a corner king room once. The balcony was covered and offered more privacy. It also seemed bigger than the regular rectangular balconies. I got the impression that the room was smaller than the other room I've stayed in at the Dolphin, but I could be wrong about that.

We stayed in 9th East (i think) corner king last July. Faced both the YC and BW and Swan. Fantastic. 2 balconies, a private one, really private WinkWink! The room had a sm sofa also. Seemed smaller but the view was crazy wonderful. Epcot fireworks!
Oh, and Bluezoo's martini's are fab!

I don't think the rooms are any larger , but the extra balcony is very private and you get a more expansive view from the King Corner Rooms. Our Room faced the Beach Club/Epcot and we could see the Illumination Fireworks, our other (private) balcony faced the MGM/Swan and we could see the Fantasmic Fireworks. VERY NICE ROOMS
