Who has stayed in 204B from vacationcentralflorida?

Hi all


This is my first post here, didn't discover this great forum until recently.
I recently booked unit 204B through the above mentioned website and after reading a review about a dirty townhouse booked through them I am slightly worried I didn't make the right choice.
If anyone has every stayed in 204B or another condo, could you please let me know how it was? Was it clean? Was it well maintained? How well was it stocked in regard to towels, pots and pans, glasses, silverware, etc?

First of all, welcome to the Disboards.

We've stayed in condos 202 and 203 and they were both fine. We did find that one was slightly better equipped than the other but that is something that can fluctuate as guests come and go. I'm sure that occasionally people take towels and such and dishes get broken. We may have just been there before the owners had a chance to take inventory and restock. As a matter of fact, the unit that we felt was a little less well furnished, got a spruce-up not long after we stayed there.

As far as cleanliness, they were both spotless. We were very pleased with both condos. We are planning a trip back to Orlando next June and have booked a townhouse thru vacation central florida. I read the thread about one of their townhouses and I can honestly tell you that I'm not worried in the least that we're going to have any major problems. Our experiences with them have been very positive and I saw that Dave did everything he could to make things right with the guest who did have a problem. And I would bet that he and/or the other owners have already checked to make sure that all other units are in good shape BEFORE another guest has a bad experience.

Thank you for answering, I feel less worried now, especially since the follow-up of the dirty townhouse by Dave was handled wonderfully. I'm really really looking forward to staying in that nice condo now, relaxing in my princess room after a long day at the park Is it september yet????
