Okay, I admit, I'm just a tad excited about DIS CON II. DIS CON I was such a blast, that I'm really looking forward to DIS CON II - so much so, that I'm starting to watch for airfare deals now. Who else is watching for good airfare a year in advance?

I've been watching airfare for a week now. But I really want a direct flight. There is only one airline that has direct flights from Amsterdam to Orlando and they usually announce their fares around 8 months in advance. So, I'll have to be patient.
But, I did ask Dreams to make a hotel reservations for me (3 weeks). I know it's early and I'll probably change my dates a few times, but at least I'm sure I get the Disneyclub rate......
Have to be prepared (I'm already in commando-mode)!!!:jester:

On most airlines, you have to wait until about 11 months out before you can reserve anything. I know it's 330 days on American Airlines. I have enough frequent-flier miles for a free plane ticket, but I'd rather save them for a more expensive route - especially since I've been pretty lucky getting cheap airfare from my hometown to Orlando through Priceline.

I've been checking as well, but the airlines I fly have an 11 month window, so I'll have to wait until around December 30th in order to look for fares. Think I'll be using my frequent flier miles this time, however.

My airfare farewatcher to Orlando with Travelocity is on an ongoing basis. I check it all the time. That's how I found the $80.00 RT airfare that got us to WDW for DIS-CON I. :D

I'm watching too but have not decided if I want to go for 1 week or 10 days yet.

<font face="comic sans ms"> I haven't checked airfare yet. Oh, yeah. I don't fly. :D :p I would like to fly so I could go to more "-cons" this summer, but I don't think the pharmacies in Norman stock enough pharmaceuticals.

shrpgrl, I vote for 10 days. ;)

I've been checking too! :D I'm probably going to use my frequent flier miles though, so I'll have to wait until Jan. to book it. :)
