I entered my mom's name in a town only 12 miles from me. I received mine 2 days ago and still nothing for her.

But I just remembered, I entered about 1 pm Eastern time and the other name was entered after the 1st airing at 6:15 pm Eastern time.

Maybe sent out based on when entered...

Got mine! So did Dad, Mom, sister and sister's boyfriend. Now does anyone know what to do about Mom. It was sent to her current address but she will be moving before our trip in the fall so her ID will have a different address? Will she still be able to use it?

OK I got my ticket so I am feeling a bit selfish but... my son sent in the response right after the super bowl commercial pregame. He put my husbands name in but cannot remember if he put our address or a different address. It seems as though if I got a ticket he should be getting one too. I do not want to lose mine by calling but if I have him call and check if he has one coming do you think they could take mine away if they were both put in our address? So much for letting my 13 year old help me. I will probably just leave well enough alone as I have already ordered the other 3 tickets but last night I was reading about a lady who was able to cancel one of her tickets she had bought but not used yet. So if he has one then maybe I could cancel the one I already reserved. What would you all do?

i would not call now.

if it is about a week before you are to go, call then and only ask if your husband's name is on the list.

wait and see as long as you can to determine if he is being sent the free voucher for the ticket. if you both used the same address i don't know if you will get both of them.


you can call and cancel the extra ticket you bought any time.
if you had it mailed to you, they will void it out and have you mail it back to them.
or did you set up the kiosk pick up for your tickets?

i do not know if you can have guest services at the park do a refund on that extra ticket.

your priority will be to be sure you have enough tickets for your family.
wait as long as you can before calling.
people are posting that they are now receiving their vouchers.

What number are you going to call if you don't receive your ticket. I moved in the time between entering and now. So hoping it gets forwarded, but sure. I don't even have the email anymore. I entered my sister as well, since we are going together, and she already got her ticket.
