I am cancelling my RoadRunner service today. I just HAD to have it before because of my online gaming addiction, but I don't play those games anymore. Now the cost just doesn't seem worth it to me. I have had RR for a couple of years now and I'm afraid I will go absolutely bonkers going back to dial-up.
I've decided I need a vacation more than I need high-speed access and all of the money I save is going in my Disney fund. I am even dropping down to basic cable. I am starting to plan a 10 day trip for November!
Is there anyone out there that can reassure me about this? Will I adapt or will I call my cable company and beg them for my cable modem back?
Also, am I the only person that almost looks forward to depriving myself out of things just to go to WDW?? I live a simple life as it is. I don't go out and I don't even rent movies very often, yet I am looking for more things to cut out of my budget just to get there faster!

I hated being home for Christmas, checking email on a slooooooow computer on dial-up. It took forever! I couldn't even get pictures to download within a decent amount of time and gave up.
