Who has done Tony's for the GG breakfast?

Anybody do Tony's in MK for the Grand gathering breakfast? Can you tell me about it? Was it good/worth it?

I've not gone, but I've never read a good review on these boards. I do remember one thread where every person said they had a poor expirience. I don't think I would do it

I was also thinking of doing this with my family in Sept. - 5 kids under 5yrs old. We are already doing AK Breakfastsaurus (SP?) and Princess breakfast & Crystal Palace with Pooh. Hope someone posts who has done this so I can get first hand report!!

We did this the Wednesday after Christmas 2006. It was the most awesome experience. We loved it & if we ever travel with a Grand Gathering again we will be sure to repeat. Tony was wonderful! We love everything Lady & Tramp so he made sure to show my DDs all the special Lady & Tramp pictures, The food was great. We had a party with 8 & created an added stressor on ourselves as we decided to drive & drop the children off with two of the adults that couldn't walk a long distance. We should have just rode the bus & would have done much better. This resulted in two of us getting there later than everyone else but they brought our food fresh to us & were wonderful. Since our group was sitted last, we visited with Mickey last which Tony kept apologizing. We were just enjoying ourselves taking a much needed rest eating our breakfast & enjoying the coffee. When it was our time Tony informed Mickey that we had been so patient, that we needed to get all the pictue that we wanted. We have every imaginable combination of our gathering with Mickey. The children then all wanted pictures with Tony who was very gracious & agreed.

I'm so happy to hear that you liked this! Could you tell me more about it? Was it a buffet or family style, what was the food, was it good? And, the story time was good?? Will adults like it? Sorry to ask so many questions!

Tony, the proprietor, (from Lady and the Tramp), welcomes Guests to Tony's Town Square Restaurant for a fun-filled breakfast with plenty of character.

Mickey Mouse will be on hand to mingle with our Guests upon arrival.
Guests will enjoy and "all-you-care-to-eat" breakfast served right at their table.
Everyone will enjoy songs and the opportunity to dance with the characters, along with plenty of interaction time tableside.
Tony will be happy to recognize birthdays and special occasions along with a special serenade of "Bella Notte", from Lady and the Tramp, for anniversaries.


At the end of the experience, Guests will be invited to proceed to one of the most popular attractions at Magic Kingdom® Park --Mickey's PhilharMagic -- for reserved seating at the very next show.
