Your AP's will be sent by your sales manager after you sign the contract. You should receive them a couple weeks after you sign, but before the planning session.

The annual passes are considered a *gift* from Disney for booking your wedding with them, which is why asking would defeat the purpose (o: It's not something they expect a bride to know, unless they know you participate in online forums about Disney weddings.

I signed and sent my contract in Dec (the 6th), someone on here said they would send APs with the signed contract, they just emailed the contract back to me, but the Sales Manger did sign but there was no sig of the sales director. My planning session is in May....I just get nervous I got my save the date packet 2 weeks ago..
 
So, when I first started this thread I felt Claudine was nice and couldn't wait to work with her. Now I'm getting very impatient. It's been 3 weeks and she still hasn't returned my e-mails. I sent her another e-mail yesterday and still no answer. I understand about being busy but this is getting ridiculous. If I was planning a wedding into town, I'm sure a wedding planner would be getting back to me at the very most within a few days.

You're all right about not wanting to ruffle feathers but you'd think since we're all paying alot of money, for me anyway, that they could show a little respect. I mean Brides are crazy in general, but when you make them wait for simple little things that's just asking for trouble.

my faith in DFTW is diminishing and I have 6 and a half months to go. Like Sarah, I want to feel important.
 
Whoa...3 weeks! I would definitely be calling her over and over again until I got a response. If comes down to it you may want to call sales and have them deliver a message directly to her so that you will be assured a call back. Sales has direct access to all the EMs and can definitely do that for you.
 

i also have claudine & though shes nice, shes been impossible to get a hold of recently, im now less than 2 months from my wedding & still havent received my beo. ive been going through brianne for ?'s recently on the wedding. with all my prewedding activities & events i booked them on my own, if i had ?'s on floral i contacted cindy directly, etc.

we did a planning session in november & did a food tasting, etc. it was a great experience & very reassuring. i got so much done that day & was able to get all our ideas on paper.
 
I'm sorry, but I think that not responding for three weeks, and not forwarding the BEO's, etc. is completely unacceptable. Especially if you have email and an assistant! She could at least give you an update, even if what you asked for is not done yet... :confused3

It seems to me that Claudine is creating some nervous situations for nothing...I just don't get it...
 
Like I said I felt ignored b/c mine did not get back to me immediately the next morning...it was just because I was anxious to hear all of the information. But
what you are experiencing is INSANE! I would call down there and see what is
going on...
