Do a search on this board for my screen name and the word Hawaii and you should get a lot of info. If you don't get what you need, just post again to this thread or email me directly. If you're interested in the CC options, that should be in those threads also but you may want to search for the names of the two hotels though the one on Maui is likely going away.
