If you are signed up for ant other Disney Web-sight ( disneyshopping ,The Parks for Vac Planning or like DVC ) you can use that same log-on info.That might also be a conflict if you are already signed up from one of the other Disney sights.

The rules are at the bottom of the Dreams home page, I believe that they are picking the winner around Aug 5th. But you would have to check the official rules to make sure. Good luck
