We actually have a four day week-end. My kids are off Monday for Presidents Day and then on Tues. for teacher conferences. Doubt we'll do much though since DH still has to work.
Oh well.

4-day for me! I have Monday off and took of Friday to go home and visit my mom. Girls weekend!!

I have Monday off, and the kids have February vacation that week. But, I signed them up for a half day camp program from 8-1 for the entire week. So I will have 5 glorious hours to myself on Monday. Oh what will I do?

The kids have all next week off. Oldest DD...a high school senior...and I will be touring colleges.

My sister is having hip-replacement surgery on Friday, so I'll be at the hosp all day that day. I see lots of back-and-forth this weekend for me. I've been off this week for my finger surgery, so I go back to work on Tuesday. Our weather has turned quite cold (for around here) & we're expecting rain - which means snow in the mountain behind my house! Always so pretty!

Not us. We don't get President's weekend off this year. Instead, we got last Friday off for Student Day at the Florida State Fair.

Here in Maine we are looking at a TEN DAY WEEKEND!!!!!!!!!!!! Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!

February 20-24 is winter break for schools in Maine and other parts of New England. DD15 can't wait to be able to stay up late at night and sleep late in the mornings and not worry about homework and schedules and deadlines. Although, she will have a few projects to finish up, including a major research paper.

The best part is that my oldest daughter, who is in grad school in Arizona, is flying into Boston Friday night, and will be staying here for the entire week. Younger daughter is so excited about spending time with her big sister!!

We plan on a week of shopping and eating out. Haha! Then on Saturday, February 25th, and Sunday the 26th, we will be in Concord, NH for a dance competition. DD15 competes in jazz, hip hop, and lyrical dance, and she's thrilled that her sister will be there to watch!!

Friday night, I'm watching my 3 yr old & 7 yr old nieces while their parents go out for dinner. Saturday, I'm going to watch the 7 yr old play basketball, then the girls, their parents & I will be driving to Virginia to celebrate a nephew's 2nd birthday with his parents (another sister & BIL), his big brother & big sister. My other sister will be there as will my brothers, SILs & 8 other nieces & nephews. Haven't seen the VA folks since Christmas, so that will be nice. But we're only going to stay until Sunday, since my sister has to work on Monday. I'll be hanging out with the 3 yr old & the 7 yr old while their dad does some stuff, then I'll go home. It'll be a fun 3 day weekend!

9 days for me! I took vacation next week! No big plans as DD has school and DW working. Having some minor work done at the house - plumber, exterminator, that type of stuff. Also plan some cleaning and organizing and some good home cooking which we are usually way too busy to do lately.

Well, kids at my school have a great weekend.....Friday and Monday off! I hate this because as a teacher we always have an Inservice on that Friday and just can't enjoy the extra long weekend....... I have a couple of kids who will be out tomorrow, too.....can't blame them!

My kids ended up having snow days Thurs and today and they are off Mon and Tues, so they will be home for 6 days straight!! And it is so cold and yucky outside that we are all suffering from cabin fever.

Have any extra money-go to the Great Wolf Lodge Sunday nite for $145. Isn't it unreal how expensive that place is. Everytime I see there rates, I think what kind of place I can get at WDW!
