Just thought of something, a little late perhaps....
For tax and other purposes, my wife and I are deeding our resale in my name only and listed it as "married with only one spouse purchasing" or whatever the wording is. She is not listed on the purchase whatsoever.

Does this mean I'll be the only one getting a DVC membership card? Will my wife need one for anything, assuming she always travels with me? Just don't want her having problems with perks like top of the world lounge or whatever. Again, we always travel together and never really separate whilst there. But.....I'm pretty sure she's going to be jealous and upset when we realize she won't get to have one in her purse. :-(

Thanks!

Only those named on the deed are considered owners and only owners receive Member ID Cards. As long as you are there with her, you would need to be the one to pay to receive dining/shopping discounts and you and those staying in the room with you are eligible to access the TOTWL.

You can list her as an 'Associate Member' on the membership so that she can make reservations, but she is not directly entitled to member benefits if she is not named on the deed.
