Who from Kentucky will be there in Oct.?

Hi! We also live near Bowling Green and will be flying out of Nashville. Trip is September 30 - October 8. Maybe we will see you there!

Although I am not an official Kentuckian anymore, it is impossible to get it out of my blood. I still bleed blue!

We will be there over the weekend of the 21st for the party and the 21st is my middle daughter's 8th B-day. I only have about a 2 1/2 hr. drive from where I live now.

Best wishes to all of you Kentukians...I am sooo jealous....we don't leave until 11/2 (6 weeks from today I will be strolling through Epcot)...we live in Louisville, so no fall break for our kiddos....we are just playing hookie in November!!

Have a great trip everyone....sounds like the first week in October is the time to go from KY!! We wound up going during Jersey week...hope people understand us when we try to ask for something!!!

Thanks to Madge we nabbed rock bottom airfare on SW....

We will be there 9/2/ - 10/6. We live just outside Philadelphia, PA. However, my wife's family still lives in Ballard County where she grew up.

Any Kenyucky basketball fans?
She is hoping to see a lot of Kentucky blue aw: in the parks that week!
Or I guess KY red if you are a Cardinal's fan.
Personally, I am a big Pitino fan, but I am told I can't say that around my inlaws. .

We are big UK fans....my DH will be sporting his UK hat while we're there aw:

For anyone that knows anything about KY high school basketball, I grew up in the heart of the 10th region...big-time basketball country!

Yep we'll be there 9/30 thru 10/8 as well, staying at POFQ for the first time! We're flying Delta out of Lex. Doing MNSSHP on Sunday 10/2.

BIG basketball fans here! Which reminds me, I need to get a couple UK t-shirts for us to wear to the parks, I always enjoy seeing other Kentuckians wearing theirs.

Hehe, I went to UK for undergrad then to Auburn for grad school. All of the UK students would go to the games and sit in the Auburn student section wearing our blue aw: shirts!

We live in Greensburg. We usually go in Oct. but this year we are going first week in Dec.

The schools in our town have fall break the first 2 weeks in Oct. and I know of 4 other families from Campbellsville (where I live) that willl be there same week we are. So I was wondering how may others from Kentucky will be there while we are there?

We are going Sept. 30 - Oct 8 flying out of Louisville and staying at CSR!!!!

I can't believe this time next week we willl be there.

We'll be there 10/16-10/22, staying at SSR and BCV, first time for the F&W - CAN'T WAIT!! Counting the days already! We're driving, leaving 10/14 to see family on the way.

A new Kentucky convert here-moved to Georgetown in 2003. We are leaving after school on 10-14 for a weeklong visit. Keep the cops off of I75 for our 12 hour drive!!!!!!

LOL, I went to WalMart today and bought me 2 spankin new UK shirts! DH and I will be all decked out in DW! I think we'll wear them on MK day for maximum exposure! They're bright KY blue, you can't miss us!
