WooHoo! I can't wait! Tomorrow we're headed out for Thanksgiving. Saturday, I'll be back for about 36 hours - do some laundry - and I'm headed to Disney World!

Alex is coming home for the first time in 6 months and he wants burgers and sausages on the BBQ.

They don't have a BBQ in their apartment, so that is what he would like to have

At least it is easy and he's even stopping to pick up supplies when he gets into town.

Aww, that was nice, Colleen! I feel the same way about you TKs/friends and my family, and I didn't even see my family on TDay! We took DFIL 2+ hours each way to have TDay with Marty's brother and others. Very nice but a lot of driving in 1 day! I did 'nap' from about 9-9:30 pm at home and then got online, and WASTED my time trying to get online 'deals'. Now, I'm putting Cmas UP and I'm still avoiding that by being here!

I Need to put Cmas up ASAP! It's expected!! Well, by ME anyway!


All I want for Christmas is a DUMPSTER, to throw all this junk OUT! Before we ADD anything more to it, and we ARE adding. , I want a dumpster and a license to DUMP anything in my way!!!

I signed up for the Card Exchange on the DISboards and decided since I had them all out, I'd just keep going and get the rest of them done too

I haven't decided yet whether I will actually have my big tree up this year

Some years I do and some I don't. A lot depends on my mood at the time and whether we have plans for travel around that date.

Our Thanksgiving was fun, and I didn't have to cook this year..which is a good thing as my oven bit the dust a few months ago..and we haven't had the money to replace it. We went to My DS's and DDIL's house...
I, like everyone I'm sure, ate way to much.
Then I worked on Friday. I replaced a friend who wanted to do the black friday thing.

Now the DGKs are here...and we are playing rockband!Beatles edition!
Sooo fun.

I hope you all enjoy the rest of the weekend...

Oh yeah....
We changed back to the POFQ, Just couldnt justify the extra $200.00 for the pirate room, and thats all we could get at CB...It's a bit of a bummer. I was kind of looking forward to staying at a new(to us) resort , but I like POFQ...and that 200.00 can go to a few extra's....or even just that much less I have to worry about saving.

I'm back from three wonderful days in St. Augustine. Tom and I had a lovely, relaxing time. Didn't do a whole lot - some usual tourist stuff, but really relaxed!

I'm getting a few things done....including laundry - so I can leave early in the morning for Disney.

I've been surfing and planning all day today. Hanging out with Penny cause she cut her foot and I need to babysit her to keep her off it so it'll heal. Got the McElfresh card in the mail! No pic this year??? I still have last year's hanging in my living room.

Robin and Ann, I am jealous that you two are sailing together next month but soooo F'n happy that Rose and I are headed to FL next week

Hope happy holidays were had by all~

I got Magical Mouse radio on in the background; they are playing park themed Christmas music! I just heard the Christmas version of the Electrical Parade and now have Holiday Illuminations playing (with Walter Cronkite.)

If this trip is gonna do anything for me, it's gonna put me so far into the Christmas spirit that it's gonna take six months to get me out of it

Hi TW! I'm looking forward to the Disney Christmas Spirit, too! Tom and I aren't putting any decorations up since we're going to be gone again this year. But I understand Gaylord Palms does Christmas nicely, so I'm happy...plus this disney trip.

We didn't do a pic this year. Last year was actually the first time we've ever done a pic. We wanted to do something different. Just signing a card is very different for us....we've always included a letter (or pic) for the last 20 years. The cards were mighty easy to do this year! However, they were done with Christmas love!
