The Birthday pictures are adorable. Looks like she loves her Minnie Mouse. I also like her striped sweater.....ahhh I remember the days when I was allowed to pick out the clothes for my DDs.....soooo very long ago! Cute Cake. I want that one for my birthday!

She adores Minnie bless her.

She got so many presents i was like :headache:

I dread Christmas

The cake was lovely, it was from the local supermarket. I can't bake to save my life lol.

I know what you mean about dreading Christmas. My daughters' birthdays are Oct. 22, Oct. 24 and December 28th! Dh and I are both in January. All presents and celebrations happen within a 3 month period for us! Luckily as the kids get older, there are not so many toy types of things and aunts and uncles know that th girls are usually saving up for something, so they give cash!

I'm seriously hoping people get DD clothes for Christmas as i have all the other stuff she wanted. Plus as we go DLP 10 days after Christmas we need all the warm clothes we can get lol.

Hi everyone!

TLM - your DD is so cute. The cake was lovely. I LOVE to bake. Taking cake decorating classes - I am now the family baker as well as the family cook.

DU - I hope you're having fun at work.

PD - Our family birthday are all over the place, so we tend to have something going on all the time!

Well, we had a RECORD COLD last night...it got to 34 degrees last night. I did NOT move to Florida so I could be cold. I am NOT happy with the weather. It is sunny and lovely, but wearing jackets/coats and heavy clothes is not for me. I want my shorts and flip-flops back!

What a beautiful little girl.

Thanks so much for sharing her birthday pictures with us.

Ann, it was colder last night at your place than it was all the way up here in Canada:eek:

I think it was supposed to go to around 40 here last night but with the wind it would seem to be a whole lot colder than that.

Do you want to move to Canada to escape the cold of Florida:rolleyes1

:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

It is really cold and windy here too...of course I love it!:cloud9: I find the cold crispy air to be very energizing! We had heavy rain, but no snow yesterday, but a mountain about 20 to 30 minutes away from here, in my county, had 20 inches of snow!

Yikes, I don't think I would be very happy with that much snow.

I don't mind the snow and I can suffer through the cold but I would prefer to be with Ann down in Florida if I could.

I've got to get myself in gear here and get some things done.

I need to go over and check the trailer to see what supplies we need to put in.

We are planning on taking it out for the last time of the seaon, this weekend.

We are heading down to the Cincinnati, Ohio area and leaving around noon on Friday.

At least it is supposed to be in the mid 60's there this weekend :sunny:

Our snow was gone as quick as it accumulated...

we probably had an inch before it turned back into rain.

Emma, looks like a fab birthday for your adorable little one.

Her cake was really, really cool!

It's cold and gray here again but the rain is gone~

Happy Humpday my Threadkillers

You must live in South Neverland :cool2:

The cold of the northeast is getting old for me~

I'd live anywhere warm as long as it comes with a swimming pool :sunny:

That's true, a dip in a cool pool is rather refreshing :) It's just the darn Santa Ana winds that make everything so hot :headache:

I'm excited to go to Michigan to see my grandparents for thanksgiving because I might get to see some snow

Hiya Threadkillers!

DP - I'm not making much - we're meeting with a bunch of family for dinner out. I was going to make pot-stickers, but we decided on homemade guacamole for a snack.

I'm making a cocktail called an "Alien Booger". It has a gross name, but GREAT ingredients! It has Coconut Rum, Midori, Pineapple & Orange Juices, shaken over ice.

I'm also making the chocolate cake with the cheesecake filling and fudge frosting - because we'll be celebrating our step-mother's birthday.

I just finished wrapping all the Christmas presents. I have maybe 6-8 more to buy and I'm done! I'll start on the Christmas cards right after I get back.

Well, I'm gonna scoot for now...ya'll take care!
