I got a job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's at a Rehab & Nursing Center but I can't wait. I'm suppose to start on the 26th but I may start as soon as next week!!

I'm excited. When she kept calling me nurse it started to sink in that I am really a nurse!!

Yes, rain. 68 degrees now and tomorrow will be a high of 42! My barometer head indicates a front will pass through at approximately 3:37 AM tomorrow morning. Yes, my barometer head is that accurate!

I think BP was trying to get a posse together to lynch the Groundhog?? Either that or he was inviting us to dinner with the Groundhog for which he was serving Woodchuck Stew. Either way, I am not going anywhere that snow has to actually be shoveled! I prefer the Southern kind that melts on it's own in 24 hours.

Thanks everyone for the Congratulations!! I will be sure to tell you all about it. Right now I'm going to be working a crazy shift. It's to cover for the two nurses who are on workmans comp. They work 12hr shift...Sat and Sun and then on Thurs But the pay is great so it makes up for it. When they come back I will start working 3pm - 11pm Mon-Thurs. which is perfect for the family.

We always take shoes off. It's been more a habit because that's the way I grew up. You know I think it's a cultural thing but also I think I've become a bit OCD and paranoid.

When I had babies they would crawl all over the floor and now they still like to roll around the floor and throw their pillows and blankets on the floor... so that's when the OCD kicks in and I'd perfer no shoes on the carpet.

If we had woodfloors I think I wouldn't care much.. But who knows.. maybe I still will be OCD.
