A wee bit-o background....sadly, I gained 8 pounds from Thanksgiving to the New Year. Well, I'm back on track with the exercise (did it again tonight) and have lowered the fat in my diet and added a few complex carbs - veggies, whole grains, etc. Well, I've lost FIVE of those 8lbs! I'm getting there! I feel EVER so much better!

I have not had the privilage of having BP bestow a smilie on me so I will have to suffer with a Tink Tatoo - oh whoa is me....{....she said with her hand across her forehead.....}hmmm I think I may have to add TK to my list of needed and wanted tatoos

All I can say is WOW that is A LOT of hours to work in 4 days - please take care of yourself - no getting sickies

YEAH for you - that is mahvalous dahling!!! You go Girl!!! I gained 10 and just started my "diet" - for lack of a better term - today...

My day was good - I spent the day with DH - we dropped DS4 off to preschool - had breakfast - discussed our upcoming DISney trip - picked up DS4 then headed off to get my decal for my tags (that expired on Dec. 31) - got DS11 off to his first night of Ski Club - then we had dinner and went to the Race Track - where we won - are you ready for this....$6 - thats right folks that is six dollars - what can I say I guess we are just lucky people....I could not believe it!! we had a great time though - it was nice just DH & I....

Good morning TKer's - not much going on this morning - but I wanted to stop in, then I have to get my chores started......

Hi Tkerbell, so what are your disney plans?

Right now we are in the planning part - but here is the rough draft

We are flying into Tampa(we get better flights and times into Tampa from BWI than into MCO and DH like the drive better) on April 15 - we have plans to stay off property (have not decided where just yet, we may take an opportunity to hotel hop, or rent a house this time for the first week)to take the kids to do some "other" things - then we check into BW on April 23 and stay until the 28th - while we are there this time we are going to "teach" the two older kids how to use the DISney Transportation so we can let them go do "their thing"....DH feels that it is time - scary thought for me As more of it comes together I will let you all know - since we will be there for 2 weeks if anyone has any ideas please - please - please let me know!!! We go twice a year so we don't worry about what we will miss or what we didn't do this trip - but I am always open to new things - we are very laid back on touring - but I always have to at least plan out which park we are going to and where we are eating (in the room vs. at the park)

we rented a few movies lastnight...we saw

Mr & Mrs Smith - cute movie
The Skeleton Key - it was "ok" .. I liked the clips of New Orleans they had
Dark Water - Long, kind of boring, and sad
Duece Bigalow 2 - havent watched it yet

the last few days we watched

War of the Worlds - thought it was dumb
Amityville - it had it's moments
Crash - Good.. I liked it
40 yr old Virgin - Hubby loved it.. I thought it was dumb
Runaway Jury - Good!
Into the Blue - Good.. I liked it


So as you can see we have been busy watching movies.. and that will complete my review of movies..

Good evening all,

I wish I could tell you how much all your nice words , prayers and hugs have helped me ...You guys are great!

Unfortunatley We had to have Sultan Pepper put down ...His liver was in really bad shape...so bad it was unable to function, It was probably from the drugs he had to take for his epilepsy...
I cant discribe how heart broken I am....He was my buddy..and we spent most of everyday together....from the first thing every morning when he would squeeze himself between my DH and I as we had our first cup of coffee in bed...to when Id move into the den to talk to all of you ...to him following me around the house or up to the barn as I did my chores....To our long walks to Salt Springs...Until it was time for bed and he'd go into his crate to patiently await time to get up and start again....We were truly perfect for each other....and I will miss him terribly...May he rest in peace.

OK...Thats all the sadness Im Going to foist upon you....I know time will help...it already has...I couldnt even think of posting yesterday..So you see ..The lord has helped me through it already.....

and I am sure that sometime soon we will have another pal...running around in my house...although ...this time it will have much smaller feet (large dogs seem to have too many med. probs.)....I like having a dog around me and dont think I can go too long without one....but Ill let the pain subside a little first....

As I said before you all are really great and I dont think I could find better friends...
