Off to work one more time before Christmas. I'll be home tomorrow, waiting for Colleens call!!!

Okay, what does everyone else think.....should we....
1 - Open the presents after Ann and I have dinner with Colleen and family?
Or....
2 - Should we open gifts when Ann meets us (after she gets off work) at our house before dinner?

Let me know....Then of course we are all supposed to post!!!

Ann if it is before dinner, we need a time from you as to when you'll be off work.

Good Morning all...again

As I have said (and no one saw )....DGD Brittany is as good a singer as her sisters....the concert was very enjoyable....My mother even ventured out to see it and she doesnt normally go out in the evenings(past her bed time )....She seemed to enjoy it too....It was good for her to get out as she has been pacing alot lately....It was good for ME to take her out ...

I plan on doing my nonperishable food shopping today and then go do the pasteries and perishable on Friday....that way I can pop in and out when the crowds are at the peak....

My sister and I have this method of getting through a crowded area.....we call it the "bob and weave" ...It really works..the ones you dont get around ...get out of your way by making a large swath around you because you look so strange doing it
BP, you should try this, when you get bored at the mall..It can get alot of interesting looks

I dont care when we open the gifts...Just say the word and mine will be opened in a flash ...It has been just sitting there teasing me for 3 weeks I cant wait to see what the heck is in there

GOOD FOR YOU!...I have noticed that I hear Merry Christmas ALOT less this year... I really dont mind "Happy Holidays", but there is NOTHING wrong with Merry Christmas...and people shouldnt be afraid to say it ..... I see this panicked expression on their faces when I say it to them! I seem to be gettting alot of "and the same to you" from most cashiers..That way they are safe from their employer's..and the customer's.

I spent most of today at work, catching up on all the things that needed to be done. We are closed all of next week, but I will have to go in at some point. There will be a payday while we are gone, so I will have to do the payroll before I go and have the cheques ready.

A while back Liz filled out some forms at the college for bursarys. Today she got a $600.00 cheque in the mail You should have seen the smile on her face.

I told her that technically since I have paid all of her college expenses for her (for now anyways) the money belongs to me She said, ummm, it has my name on the cheque, so sorry about your luck

My mom called today and said that their cruise documents have arrived. So far, none here

I'm soooo Ready!!! Unfortunately I got an email from hubby... appears he wont be in til Friday at 5am.. he actually lands at 235 am but they want him to in process and get that out of the way so he wont have to go back to work for a while..

Colleen called and is already in SC, and plans to be at my place between 2-3pm (Varroom, Varroom)!! Can't wait to meet!!

It doesn't look any wider to me, although sometimes I have seen some that are wider, usually due to large pictures that are posted.

Maybe it has to do with the way your monitor is set up, or maybe the size of your print, or......... who know
