Do you have plans to go to palos for one of the dinners on the cruise?....I was reading about a private room for 14 or more people...its suppose to be pretty cool ...If we get enough people to go ..should we look into that?....Its suppose to get reserved up really fast, but I think you can reserve online now...does anyone know anything about it?....Just want to be on top of things ahead of time

Thank you I didnt even know they had christmas colors...I am using it now and the red in the first one is the same as my walls in my den...so it matches

why 'ello girls and boys (are there any??)

thought some of you would like so updates on the call back...besides your the ppl who know the most!

ok..so i get there and i talk to some of the kids in the call back turns out 85 kids auditoned....only 23 got called back there are about 26 (possibly more parts depending on if we need bodies) parts. Now some kids who werent called back may already have parts but probably not. I though i did pretty good...but figured that i wouldnt get picked for jasmine because of my skin color (im irish aka...the pale one) but figured that a tanner one may get it. No worries....next best for me would be Iago (the parrot). So first we dance...the guys had the gaurds dance...the girls the harem dance! I did good on that alot of ballet which i danced for 9 years but more lyrical which is where i ran into problems. No worries....then we did cold readings. I waited 2 hours...and i didnt read for either of my choices! Nope...i read for NARRATOR 2!! which i just hammed up to all eterity....heres the kicker of the reading part! Now its a stage play and if you work in theater you know that you look at the person and then talk to the audience...these girls just faced the guy who was Aladdin w/ them! Then it was on the singing....how fun! The girls (everybody) was called to sing Agrabah.....not good for me or atleast i dont think but i never think i do good. I know i missed some notes but just a little off because the tape skipped so i sang it w/o it and i know i was off. I did notice one thing....all the "jasmine" girls were not soprano w/ a strong belt...only one Iago was (alto for Iago) but i have both voice parts and a strong belt...this is not good for me! I wouldnt mind being in the ensemble or a narrator...in fact i just want a part! I guess i just thought i did well enough to do better than i did. I know this can change at any time so for all i know they may cast me as a lead...but for now..its unknown. until Weds. when they call

About the secret santa revealing ceremony.......... I thought we were doing it when TN, TW and HA are all together on the 22nd.

That only leaves what time of the day we would be doing it at? What time are you guys going to be together

Well, it's been a few days since I've been on-line...I'll try to remember what I read...

DalPal - I've not considered Palo's for this cruise. I'd LOVE to do it, but I don't want to miss all the other dining that Disney offers....sound weird? As we get closer to the actual cruise and we have enough people, I'm TOTALLY up for it if y'all are!

Cruisin - you ARE close to 10K posts! Thanks for posting the link on Palo's. I read the first page of it...sound interesting to you? I have two snowmen bells with mine and DH's name on the tree thanks to you - I smiled when I unpacked them!

Tinknutt - hope you had a good day at work! I did! I called and left a message for she who has no name (oh-great-sappy-one!) to let her know I was thinking of her - do you know what time we're supposed to meet on Sunday?

TW - where are you? Can't wait to see you! It'll be SO cool! Did you and tinknutt discuss where we're going? Are hubby's going or is it gonna be just chicks? My DH doesn't really care either way - as long as we have fun!

Well, I had a BUSY, but productive day at work. Yesterday, tinknutt and I saw "Narnia". It was a remarkably good movie and I'd recommend it to everyone! A true good vs. evil story and I think it will continue with other films. I made mac & cheese (home made LOTS of cheese) for the Christmas party with my Bunco groups. I still need to wrap the present for the gift exchange. Thursday I'll work EXTRA long because I have three weeks worth of scheduling - we're off from 12/23 - 1/3 - how cool is that!?
