I see by your signature that you've lost more than 80lbs! First, let me congratulate you...that is so awesome!!! May I ask what you did to lose it...?I struggle to lose anything at all....it's such a battle.

I'm hoping that I may find some sort of success.

My take, after reading today's posts, is that our newcomer RonnieJo66 (WELCOME btw) has maybe 'set up' someone in her family, with our own ophie.

Is this "him" another DISer, or just someone in RJ's family? :confused3

No, she didn't set us up. She and her DH have "adopted" him as family. He's a DISer, but we're not naming names yet. :ssst:

Personally I found Richard Simmons to be a good friend.

At least I enjoyed his exercise videos. They are more like dancing or aerobic movements.

I also used the Leslie Sansone DVD's but not as much as Richard Simmons.

I also joined some dance classes :dancer:

I did not do any formal weight loss programs, just mainly increased my exercise and tried to keep a closer eye on what I ate.

I didn't lose anywhere near 80 lbs but I'm sitting at 31 lbs lost since last November. :cheer2:

But you are right, you have to find the motivation inside yourself first.
