He hates political dramas...he wouldnt watch "west wing" either....Fox new is his prefence...I guess he wants to see the real thing!
But I like Geena Davis...At least I did...If she has done the lip injections...Im not sure I could watch her....Meg ryan did that and I use to like her but have a hard time watching her now...I just dont understand why people that looked just fine befor would do something like that to themselves...now they just look freaky

Anyway ...Im going apple picking with my DIL, and the DGSs...and maybe my DF and her kids... ...Its a fun day...you take a wagon ride to the trees and they are all so short that you can just reach up and pick...even the older kids can reach them....and then I can make applesauce, and pies ...

The pies will have to be for the DGKs...unless I splurge on a piece( I wonder how many points are in a piece of apple pie...) OH MY!...I just looked a piece of homemade apple pie is 10 points...now that will really be a splurge...OK ......no apple pie for me ..and thats my favorite

About the pie... you want my advice , eat the slice of pie. Life is short and the pie will not make or break you. Just do some extra exercise to make up for it.

Now I wouldn't suggest that you eat the WHOLE pie or anything but a small slice would be okay.

I think you can't be too strict with yourself or you will get discouraged.

So what happens if you eat that slice of pie......... it takes you another week to reach your goal......... not a big deal really in the end.

The sun is shining here today too The temperature is in the low 60's right now but we are expecting a high of around 77º today.

Enjoy your apple picking expedition.

Just make sure that you walk around the WHOLE orchard looking for just the perfect tree to pick your apples from. That should take care of your extra exercise for you

Hmm... this is important. Betsy, I must concur with Robin. Eat a slice of pie. Control your portion sizes and exercise for it, but don't deny yourself something that you truly enjoy. Just throw in some extra !! Besides... the extra will warm you up from the chilly morning!

Im really not too worried...I dont seem to use up my points at the end of the day anyway... I have never used the 35 weekly flex points yet...and my new week starts tomorrow....So I think I could get away with a piece or two...not one right after the other mind you ....
