Livin' my life in a slow hell.....

fartin' a storm but they don't smell...

but I ain't seen my friends in...3 darn days...

livin' on bean-o and whiskey....

wish I had a good girl who missed me...

I'm thinkin' that...I need to....change my ways...

First off.....you are NOT unattended!

Secondly....I did the snort-giggle thing when I read your song

Thirdly....don't you DARE change your ways - we love you just the way you are

and finally....there are lots of good (*snort-giggle*)girls here who missed you....

Oh.....glad your farts don't stink.....that's JUST what DH says, too!

How are we doing TKers?? I need to catch up, I know... but I did see that we got good news on the medical front from Ann! I hope PA is also getting good news.

I met the parents on Friday. We hung out on Friday afternoon/evening and Saturday morning/afternoon. I liked them very much and they seemed to like me as well. :teeth:

Okay... off to catch up.

Spill, Ophie....Spill! Always nice when you actually LIKE the parents of your SO. I absolutely adored DH's mother....one of my favorite people in the whole-wide-world! Miss her every day!

Glad you're back. Did the rest of the trip go well? How's TZM? Give him a big TKer smoochie-doo from all of us!

:earseek: WOOHOO!!! :earseek:

Hi and howdeee everyone.

I just came back from my father in laws birthday dinner. He turned 77 today.

My mother in law is so predictable that we knew what the dinner menu was going to be pretty much right down to the last morsel. She did throw a curve ball at us, but we recovered from the shock :rotfl2:

Ophie....not my best picture, but of the three sisters, I'm the one who had the chutzpa to wear the costume! Not much embarrasses me in that regard....

Robin - if they threw you a curve ball...what did they serve? A big, bright, shiny Happy Birthday to Rick's DAD!!!

There are a lot of folks on tonight! I'm headed to bed in about 10 minutes - I took a pain med and that's about all I'm gonna last til I'm snoring and drooling on the keyboard!

We had soup (homemade, always starts the meal with that)

Potatoes (left to sit so they "dry out", the way they like them ~~yucky!) with gravy

Mushy brussel sprouts (seems to serve those every time we eat there, that's okay I don't mind them so much)

salad

roast beef

kaiser buns (served with a knife to cut them.... we are told everytime to use the knife because it cuts the buns really well,,,,, we like to rip our buns ;) and no one in my family ever uses the knife)

dessert -- carrot cake.

here's the curve ball .......... we had yellow beans too :earseek:

We had guessed the entire meal but weren't expecting the beans... a very nice surprise :teeth:

Good night Ann.

Get some rest... you still taking pain pills ?

I hope tomorrow will be a pain pill free day ::yes::

Hi ophie, glad that you enjoyed your meeting with tarzanman's family. They couldn't help but like you, you have the ThreadKiller seal of approval :teeth:

Hey Brer_Papa, old buddy, old pal. Nice to hear that PA is home and on the road to recovery. Wishing her all the best and I hope she enjoys your "services" :earboy2:

Yellow Beans....now that's livin' large! It's funny - when I go to a restaurant, I LOVE to order soup to start my meal. When I make it at home it IS the meal! I dunno about the dry potatoes, but everyone has their particular likes and dislikes!

I've been pain-pill free during the day for the last 2 days....just using tylenol and ice. I'm really bruised up with this one and I've got some fairly significant swelling....so yeah, I'm sore. I'm only taking the pain meds at night.

I can't tell with the butterfly patches in the way, but it looks like it's a 2" scar on this one...not to big, but the location - let's just say OUCH! Smack, dab in the....uh....center - if you know what I mean!

Yeah...Tell PA we said to milk it for all it's worth! Infact, I think you should make her another birthday cake!

Spill what? They're very nice. They showed us pictures of their new granddaughter Jennie. We had a great time and I really had fun meeting them. The rest of the trip went well too. TZM is doing well. He had a huge weight lifted off his shoulders recently so he's doing pretty well and looking forward to his cruise at the end of October. I gave him lots of kisses when I was there, but if you want me to give him a TKer kiss it'll have to wait a bit for the next time I see him. :love2:

Well, whatever the weight was....we're glad it's no longer on TZM's shoulders. Yep, give him big-sloppies from us!

Seal of Approval? Really? Do I have a stamp somewhere?

The last one that I had the doctor put so much gauze covering the incision that I looked like Dolly Parton but only on the one side :rotfl2:

I had to wear big loose sweater and stuff to hide the obvious size difference.

I didn't actually see the incision for about a week and a half.

I got the swelling. Not too bad today, but yesterday....I was a one-sided DOLLY!

You already have the stamp....it's invisible and shines when you really need it...it's called friendship!

Sleeeeepyyyyy......

I'm getting very sleeeepppyyyy!

Must lay down - good night threadkillers!
