 Kim

I won't be staying up much longer tonight. I'm tired because I stayed up too late last night. :cat:

Exercise :confused3

Other than dance classes I haven't done any exercising at home in a long, long time. Oh I practice my dance routines a bit everyday of course but poor Richard and Leslie have probably wondered where I've disappeared to :earboy2:

I really need to get motivated again. :sad2:

About those lost quote boxes...............

make sure that you have [ /QUOTE ] at the ends of each of your quotes, that should do the trick.
And that, class :teacher: , is your first lession in "QUOTE 101"! :rotfl2: :rotfl:

Betsy....I tried SO HARD to stay awake....I didn't make it! Fell asleep around 3:30 for an hour. I feel much better! Tonight, I'm going to bed VERY early - as I've got to get up at 5:30 am. I think plenty-o-sleep tonight is just the ticket!
Ann, I sure hope you're not pushing yourself too soon. :guilty: I just know you're gonna give it your all at work, so maybe another day of rest wouldn't hurt? :confused3 Just worried about you. :grouphug:

Just got done watching "monster in law"...Man, Jane fonda makes me look like an angel  .....I never had a MIL...So I dont know... Im not suppose to be nice?....I never knew :p :rotfl2:
I liked that movie! :rotfl: I thought JLo gave her a good 'run' tho, too! :rotfl: Seeing as I've had 2 MILs, the 1st a saboteur, who now enjoys (?) her DSs company on a daily basis (!)-he moved in with her, and also having a WONDERFUL one (RIP), I could really relate, and enjoy that movie! :teeth:

Oops, sorry Robin if I missed you. So busy replying, I wasn't READING! :earseek: Shame on me!

No, I'm not gone yet but my eyes are telling me that I should be ;)

Well, don't overextend yourself too, like Ann. Get thyself some rest! I have laundry to keep me company. :sad2:

 Sweet dreams! :cloud9:

:sunny: Morning.

It's going to be a chilly day here today.

But at least the sun is supposed to shine :sunny:

:wave2:

Morning All! :sunny:

Nice day so far, got a little rain last night-sunny and a little warm today.

My kids got me a dvd player for me for my birthday - I should be in doing MY exercises but I find myself DISing instead. :confused3

Having the laptop is nice, I get to look forward to taking it on vacation - I shant be DISless this time! The kids PC is recovering - my plan is to have it working by the time I go away in ten days. Troubleshooting that thing is rather tedious - gotta take it a few hours at a time. After spending the WHOLE weekend on it I'm taking a break from it.

It's now time to go so I can earn some more Florida money...I'll check back with y'all later.

Good Morning Robin,
Sunny but cool :sunny: here too...

I have to take Sultan :pug: Pepper to the vets :paw: today to have his Phenobarb. levels checked....they take blood from his jugular vein :crazy2: ...He hasnt had a seizure in 9 months...so he is doing well....but the pheno can damage his liver if the level gets too high...therefore the blood tests...Hope its not :wizard: ...Id hate to change things now that hes doing so well....

Anyway...Im going to go get myself ready....and put his crate in my van...I normally get him fries from a fast food window for being good, but I think Ill just bring him a bone...I need to stay away from those fast food windows ;)

Kim,
Thanks for the link...I took notes for the food store....(whats a "nopudge brownie" :confused3 ?)
Ive lost 5 LBS so far... not much in the long run ...but its a start... :teeth:

Hello everyone else :wave2: Hope you all enjoy the day! :flower:

Cally,
How ya doing?... and the family?.....You dont talk on here much anymore....Life getting busy?...Hope all is well! :wizard:

Hey!! I'm doing good over here. :flower: The kids had 2 early snow days and took Monday and today off from school. Sonny Perdue (our governor) decided that would be a good way to perserve gas. I wonder if it helped? :confused3

Other then that.. I'm still applying for jobs. I had one interview last week for a law office. I think I blew that one on purpose.. :rotfl: The girl that did my interview was very strange.... she asked me some off the wall questions and I think I was just looking at her in disgust :rotfl2: I wonder if her telling me that the last girl she had hit on her husband (who by the way works as the receptionist) had something to do with why she lost her job. Also she asked me questions like if I was jealous type or if my husband was... Oh and I can't forget how she went on and on about how a lot of girls come in the office and hit on her husband!! Ughh he wasn't even cute! :rotfl2:

What does that have to do with the job? :confused3

Oh and then she asked me if I knew how to use the short cuts on the pc because she hates it when people use a mouse... :confused3 ahhh I dont think it was a job match!

Anyhoo... I'm sorry I have not been on much...I've kind of taken a break from the pc for awhile. I am not even playing VMK anymore so .. NO i have not left you guys for a game... :teeth:

Well I hope everyone is doing well

That's a FABULOUS first week (SO FAR)!!!! :cheer2: :cool1:  Too bad all the weeks aren't like that. ;)

Betsy, I'm pretty sure No Pudge is the brand name (like Skinny Cow), but I've never seen the brownies. Someone on the thread said it's a mix, found in the baking aisle. Can't say I've seen it myself. :confused3 I picked up a fat-free banana muffin mix yesterday to give it a try, I think the brand was Krustaesz or something. I'll let you know when I make them. They had other varieties as well.

Betsy! Good Job! Any start is a good start!

Go Betsy! Go Betsy! Go Betsy!

You're all doing a great job with your weight success stories!

We don't have any plans to do any excursions at this time.

We are possibly going to go over to Atlantis but not on a planned excursion.

I was thinking my parents might enjoy the Nassau harbour tour :confused3

I think since it is my parents first cruise and Nassau is really not all that exciting, we will spend most of the time on board the ship.

Of course , you have to get off in Nassau just to experience the "ambiance" :rotfl:
