In keeping with my (newfound) tradition, I did the 4-mile WATP yesterday - man, that is just so fun! Love it!!!
Tried some modified pushups yesterday, too. Um, let's just say my arms could use a bit more work... But I CAN DO IT!
AND SO CAN YOU! And of course, you already did if you're posting here today - great job! One of the toughest things for me has been getting all the excuses out of the way (My "favorite" excuse was the time I decided not to exercise on a weekend because I had to work on Monday and didn't want to be too tired
Soooooo laaaaaame...)
Anyway, thank you to all of you who set aside excuses and got active. Your dedication keeps me thinking that I CAN DO IT!!!
So, tell me what you did, and keep telling yourself YOU CAN DO IT!!!
