Good morning, everyone!

Wow! Sorry I haven't been around the last two days. Not much exercise for me since Saturday. DH and I drove to Rhode Island to attend a wake and funeral (a dear, sweet relative of his ex-wife), and WATP was not part of the plan...

BUT today is another day to get back at it!!!:bounce: I'll just keep plugging away, in admiration of all you WISHers who LOSE THE EXCUSES and KEEP GOING!!!

There was a time not very long ago when I would have figured, well, I didn't exercise yesterday, I didn't exercise the day before, why bother today... but no more!!!:smooth: You all truly do inspire me.

So keep it up! What did you do yesterday? Tell us here!

Welcome back, Daisy! I missed ya!!!!

Yesterday I did my regular lower body workout, did crunches between sets and went rollerblading for a little over an hour. We went power walking last night but a thunderstorm prevented us from getting much further than a mile or so. Drat!
 
I did 30 mins pilates and 30 mins yoga. My legs have been really tight lately so I'm trying to incorporate more stretching in through yoga.

I was back from the weekend and did my 50 minutes on the treadmill.

I'm sorry that you were away because of a funeral, but glad that you are back and will be getting back into the groove.

I did 2 mile WATP and 50 situps. I tried starting my new pilates tape but I had to stop b/c my daughter was literally running around me on the floor and I couldn't get into it.
 
I did my 1/2 hr workout at Curves yesterday.
 
I put in 30 minutes of yoga (but the first 20 were barely anything, so I threw in another 10 from a book instead of the new DVD I got) then 30 minutes of tai chi. Both from DVDs
 
I did my workout yesterday too!

Went to the gym, it was super busy so all the elliptical machines were being used. Had to use a stepper and it must use different muscles because my legs are killing me today! That's OK, it was kind of fun to switch things up a little.

Then I did an upper body weight workout on the Nautilus machines.

I spent the weekend at my parents b/c my dh was fishing in Canada (in CathyCanada's home town and on our 11th anniversary to boot!) :) Can't find the "who exercised on Aug 3rd thread, so have to post here....because I probably made a fool of myself with my "exercising."

On Sunday Aug 3rd, I went to the Cleveland zoo with my mom and my kids. We walked all over the zoo (which would have been enough exercise) but there was a Radio Disney van there and we stopped to watch the going-ons. They needed volunteers, so in my effort to point out my dd to the castmembers, they ended up picking her....AND ME!

We had to make up dance moves (both she and I picked moves from the DCL sailaway party) and we had to dance to a song --turns out it was Halfway 'round the World....which happens to be one of our favorite cruise tunes. So she and I were dancing fools in front of about 30 other people and we were belting out the lyrics to the song! :)

We ended up winning Piglets Big Movie and AirBud Spikes Back for our efforts.

Good thing I didn't recognize anyone --including my dear neice who works for Radio Disney but was off that day b/c of wisdom teeth surgery!

All in all, we had a blast! And we exercised to boot! :)
 
I did! :teeth: I went to the gym and worked on the elliptical trainer for 30 minutes! I'm hoping to put my 1 week exercise clippie on at the end of the week.
 
I am taking a break from Power 90 for a week, it just isn't giving me the results that I would like and I have been doing it for over 3 months. So I did WATP 3 miles tape with weights and also a Firm ab tape. My daughter went out and bought pilates so we tried to do that together also. I am so impressed with everyone's comittment to working out..this is a great board!
 
i did! i did!! i speed walked around my neighborhood for 20 minutes!
 
I did my workout vidoe with weights and rode the exercise bike. I got new exercise videos in the mail today - so I'll alternate using those with the ones I already have.
 
I did my WATP 2 mile DVD. Was really tired (DS's 9th b-day party) so I didn't use the weights, but I made it through the workout.
