I did!! I did the morning WATP mile when I got home from work and then did abs.
 
Walked 7 miles with 'Meg the dog' at 0500 then went to the gym 0715 - 0830!! Only did the gym this morning!
 
After work yesterday I only had 1 hour to come home let the dogs out & give them their dinner, get dinner for myself, and then make it to class by 6 pm. I was actually able to squeeze in the 1 mile WATP. I was very proud of this accomplishment ( and I think the workout actually helped me stay awake during class! :rolleyes: ) Thinking about attempting the 2 mile WATP after work today. Have a great weekend everyone! :D
 

I did my 1/2 hr workout at Curves last night
 
Count me in! I walked for 40 minutes yesterday morning. This morning I did a Curves workout, and then it's vacation time! I plan to exercise each day on vacation, though - either a walk (the hotel is right next to a gorgeous park), or maybe a workout in the hotel's fitness center.
 
Me too, 5 miles at the tennis court. Last night was the first night in 3 weeks that there were people playing tennis. They looked at me like I was nuts, circling the 3rd court over and over. They were on my court, #1 what nerve! Peggie
 
I did my morning 20 minute pilates DVD. Then, at work I moved computers around for 2 hours (I am a technology specialist at a school).

Today, I did the accelorated body toning pilates DVD for a little extra workout. I will be leaving to go out of town for the long weekend but plan on exercising while we camp out!

Once again I did my 2 mile WATP DVD. I went looking for the 3 mile yesterday but all I could find was a bundled pack with the 1 and 2 miles which I already own.

Oh well, I guess I could do the 1 mile, then jump into the 2.
 
We went to 6 Flags NE yesterday! We walked all day who knows how far, more trips up & down the stairs there than I can begin to tell you, & rode roller coasters like we were 12 yrs old. Got to ride Superman 4 times! Boy am I tired today!
Best thing was though that I managed to stay on plan with no cheats all day! I couldn't believe I got through a day in that park without even a single french fry!
 
I did WATP 3 mile tape in the morning, and then did Crunch Boot camp tape for 30 minutes, and finished up with a firm ab tape.
