For the past couple weeks I haven't been exercising on Wed b/c I never seem to have enough time before class. Well yesterday I walked about 15 mins (1mile) around the neighborhood. It felt so good to walk outside in the cooler weather.
Another 30 minutes of interval training on the elliptical and then weight training. One of these days my muscles will start to show! 


45 minute cario with an 8 minute run. Then I had an intense weight session and I am still feeling it two days later. Back to the gym today though. Onward and downward.
