I got in 30 minutes of cardio at the gym and I packed and hauled over 1,000 library books, moved furniture and cleaned up some cabinets. (Our base is closing and the library where I worked closed last week and we are cleaning out the building....now I am popped.)
Today I started a new week in the Couch to 5K program and am so excited to say I JOGGED more than I WALKED!
Today was 16 minutes of jogging/14 minutes of walking. I felt like that was a huge step forward and I have to say my calves can tell the difference.
