I got in 30 minutes of cardio at the gym and I packed and hauled over 1,000 library books, moved furniture and cleaned up some cabinets. (Our base is closing and the library where I worked closed last week and we are cleaning out the building....now I am popped.)
I did! Today I started a new week in the Couch to 5K program and am so excited to say I JOGGED more than I WALKED! Today was 16 minutes of jogging/14 minutes of walking. I felt like that was a huge step forward and I have to say my calves can tell the difference. Great work everyone!
This is my first post! I am trying to get in shape for disney! I walked 1.5 miles in 20 minutes this morning, swam laps in the pool this afternoon for an hour and did 8 minutes on the glider and burned 180 calories! this was my first day exersising in awhile so I feel good!
I did my 2 mile WATP tape. It was such a nice day I really should have walked outside, but by the time I got myself ready, a bad storm came through. That will teach me to procrastinate.
I forgot to post last night, so can I do a retro-active post? After work I went to the Y and got about 20 minutes more of cardio + 10 minutes of weight machines while my DH finished his raquetball game!
