Been off to a slow start this week so skipped my Pilates on Monday. But did my usual 25 minutes on tuesday, as well as a good vacuuming and kitchen cleaning. And anybody who tells me housework isn't exercise isn't doing it right
I was tempted to use the Golden Girls reunion on Monday night as exercise since I laughed so hard i could my abs tighten, but decide that was cheating. LOL
Did my usual riding my exercise bike for 20 minutes (4 miles and about 200 calories burned). One of these days I'll be able to type that I did something more exciting than just ride a bike in place!
I tried a new Denise Austion DVD - fight the female fat zones. It was a good workout - I got to use my new stability ball (thanks Mom ) and I felt an ache or two in the bootocks today. Go Denise! Go Me!!
I did "The Firm" cardio tape. It's the hard one. 55 minutes of cardio and weights.
Now today I had to get my house in shape before we leave. According the workout schedule Firm gives you...today is to be a rest day anyway. So I'm right on schedule.
