I did! I did my FIRM tape again last night (I'm so proud of myself!)
I don't get to do it until about 9pm after I get everything else done and put the kids to bed, but hey, it's better than sitting on the couch and doing nothing!
Wish I could say that I worked out but I've been fighting a cold. Was feeling pretty good last night so decided to do laundry( have lots of laundry as I have just returned from WDW). I live in an apartment so I had to go up and down the stairs many times yesterday. By the time it was time for bed I was beat. I just felt exhausted. I'm thinking it was probably a good thing that I didn't drag myself to the gym.
Tonight I don't plan on doing much maybe get back into it by doing some of my stomach exercises and staying away from cardiovascular exercise until I've got this icky cold out of my system. Looking foward to doing some swimming in the next couple of days.
I did 10 minutes on THE THING in the morning, Curves after school, and another 10 on IT after supper~thanks, for the kick, Terry! I'm aching today-legs from the elliptical and neck from falling off a chair!
