I walked another mile on the treadmill. I know I said I was going to try and do WATP but the book my coworker lent me was calling my name. As long as I'm exercising, right.
And Auggietina! You must have walked in the COOOOOLLLLLDDD- I've been hearing about really chilly weather up your parts- AWESOME- the walking I mean- not the cold!
I've signed up with my YMCA for a special "Challenge" - you get a free T-shirt at the end- it's about building habits- I think it runs for 12 weeks. But I'm committing to working out at the Y 3 days a week and walking 2-3 days on off Y days. Last night I treadmilled 2 miles at 4.0- trying to up my speed for the 1/2 marathon. And I completed all upper and lower nautilus machines. It took me about an hour and 10 minutes for all of it.
Exercise is KEY for my weight loss- eating right/less helps but it really comes off steadily if I keep with a program- so all of you out there- KEEP UP THE GREAT EFFORTS!!!! Make a habit!!
Tuesday is exercise bike riding for me. That's what I did. Rode my bike for 5 miles. I usually try to get it done first thing in the morning but I slept in a bit and rode my bike while watching 24 last night.
Yesterday was more exercise than i had planned. But all exercise is good. Lets see here...
**35 minute walk to and from grocery store and then around trailer park next door(forgot my key ) Boy am i glad i rent.
**some lifting of boxes and storage totes in the spare room
**26 minutes of Pilates last night with 2 new exercises added and a small modification of a 3rd till i can complete that whole move.
