Who exercised Thursday, 4/29?

1/2 hour on the treadmill and I did my weight routine, all before 5:00!!! DONE FOR THE DAY!!
 

Up at 5:45 am this morning for my FIRM ab sculpt work out.

Okay who's next?
 
I did FIRM Vol 1 -Body Shaping Basics and plan to walk/run on the treadmill for 30 minutes tonight.
 
Im about to get outside now.
Just returned from a library conference on Cape Cod. It was at least a 4hr roundtrip ride. I did manage to get about 5500 steps while there. Took a short walk on the beach - a bit windy today.
So now its time to get up and move.

I did get outside for little over a 1/2hr tonight. I got my 10,000 steps for the day
 
I did Pilates crunch with cardio
 
I did 1/2 hr Curves workout, and 25 minutes of walking.....


Next?
 
I did an hour of Yoga then 35 minutes on the Eppitical.
 
I did the 3 mile WATP video before dinner. ::yes::

Anybody else? ;)
 
I was a slacker, I only did my half hour walk at lunch time. My daughter had a lacrosse game in the evening so by the time we got home and ate I was just too tired to do my WATP tape.
