Rode my bike for 30 minutes. I hope to increase the time to 40 minutes on the weekends. I wanna earn my first execise clippie so I'm trying to be true to exercising!
I did 45 miutes on the treadmill in the morning. Last night I di Week 2 Day 3 of the Couch to 5K running program. It kicked my butt last night! Saturday I move on to week 3 which involves jogging for 3 minutes at a time. I'm a little worried.
I did a mile and a half on the treadmill. I have it on a medium incline now instead of flat so I do not get as far as I use to in the timeframe, but boy what a great work out!
