I did, though I wish I could have done more. Only my Pilates class. Still hoping it intensifies. I think I'm working at my full potential, but maybe she will have some suggestions about how to kick it up a notch! It still doesn't seem hard enough. Though she did give us a few more exercises that I had not done before, and they definately produced a bit of heat. I'm thinking I just am used to the basic moves, and need to move on.

I'm really happy because I didn't exercise Tues. or Wed. I did the 3 mile WATP and i really pushed myself to get the intensity up.
.... does teaching
a class of 2nd graders until 3 pm count as exercise? I guess not, but I was sure tired! 
Now that I have a new job I had to change up my workout schedule, so instead of my usual Friday workout I got mine in today. Still under the weather, so I skipped running and did a half hour on the elliptical and 20 min. on the LifeCycle.
