I worked out at Curves on Saturday, and took an 11.5-mile bike ride with DH on Sunday. It was sooooo cold when we got up (35°F, which is cold for California), but we bundled up and did it!
I didn't make it out this weekend, but tonight DH and I walked for a brisk 1/2 mile or so. I'm ashamed to say that it's the first real exercise I've done in about 10 years or so, unless I can count childbirth! The WISHers have inspired me to really do it this time!!!!!!!!
On Saturday before going out to dinner I made sure I got in 45 minutes on the treadmill. I think it helped because when I weighed in the next day I had not gained a pound.
On Sunday I got in 2 trips to the treadmill, the first time was for 30 minutes and the next time 37 minutes.
