I was good this weekend, on Saturday I did 1 mile of the WATP in the morning and the 3 mile express in the evening. Sunday I did the 3 mile express in the evening.
I have to give another sort of here. Saturday I did walk with DH at the gym for an hour, but again, not what I needed in the way of exercise. Still better than my usual Saturday routine; football, beer, food, more beer. Sunday, I cleaned the basement. Here again, not exactly a work out, but not exactly loafing it, either. Unfortunately, I went to Hooter's for lunch and Mancino's for dinner. Salads at both places, but 2 beers with lunch and 2 glasses of wine after dinner. Could have done without those calories. today is another story. can't wait till tomorrows thread. I'll be happy about things by then!
