Who exercised on Thursday the 29th

I did 30 minutes on the treadmill, squats and crunches. I also did a total of 7,928 steps today. I am trying hard to hit the 10,000 each day, but boy I'm having trouble hitting that. I guess I need to get moving some more.
 
Surprisingly I was able to get thru my WATP 2 mile and WATP 10 min. toning. All while not being able to breath from this darn cold :mad:
 

I took my kids swimming yesterday as we are still on snow days....4 days this week. We are back to school today.

I tried to do a "personalized" water aerobics class while keeping within arms reach of my 4 and 6 year old. Yes, it kept me going!
 
I did the 4 mile WATP's video. I was (and still am) so sore yesterday, that I really wondered if I could do it. The muscles needed for the video didn't hurt to bad while doing it. I am super sore again today though. Mostly when I start walking after I have been sitting for a while.

Tammy, thanks for reminding me about my pedometer. I got mine out of my purse, where it has been since October. I have it on now. Didn't get to register morning steps.......but at least I can start now. Do you keep yours going while you are sitting. I sit at a desk most of the day, and I am afraid it will register steps if I do that. The only problem, is that I forget to turn it back on. DOH!
 
I did The Firm's Complete Aerobics & Weight Training! Congrats to all who got moving!:sunny:
 
I walked the track at the YMCA for 45 minutes. I have no idea how many miles that is. I hope to do the same today. My children have afternoon preschool near a Y...I have two hours free every day that school is in, so right now it's easy to find the time for me. I'll have to figure out a way to work out when winter break comes.
 
I did a mile on the treadmill and upped my speed from 3.0 to 3.4
 
Still a beginner here.....did my 1 mile WATP video. :blush:
 
ran my 4 miles, then walked 15 minutes and did crunches.

off day today :)
 
40 minutes of jogging (2.8 miles) for me.

I did 3 mile WATP and walked outside for 1 mile. It was too cold to do 2 today!

Maude: this is just a thought, but you might wanna be able to breathe b4 going back to exercising.
