Well it looks like I've taken over the daily exercise thread. I hope no one minds and someone else will pick up the slack if I forget or miss a day.

Yesterday the weather was so nice that I took my first walk outside since June - 30 mins around the neighborhood, probably close to 2 miles. I also did leg lifts while doing homework.

Great job keeping up the thread!! Isn't it cool how when we GET the exercise train going, how we can squeeze it in anywhere?? Great job!!
I did 1 hour Pilates yesterday...yay!!

I went to Curves yesterday. I have not been going my personal minimum requirement of 3 times per week for about the past month. So, this is a new week ! Maybe if I make myself accountable to post here every day, it will help me kick-start back into the exercise routine. I cannot believe how easy it is to get out of this routine

I guess we'll see what today brings!

DH and I did the 2 mile WATP again last night.

Sometimes it is so hard for me to do it with him. The poor man has no rhythm at all and it really distracts me. Oh well, it is good for both of us.

I also bought the 3 mile WATP yesterday, but he said he was too tired to try it.

Hopefully soon!

I almost forgot - I also mowed for an hour at my mother's. That should count for something!

Yep yep yep - twice! Walked for 40 minutes in the morning, and worked out at Curves in the evening. Woohoo!

Sorry for the double post. I tried to delete one, but it didn't work.

 I worked out hard Monday with an extra intense 45 minute cardio session, followed by a pretty intense upper body weight lifting session of an additional 45 minutes. When I was done, I was pooped!

ME ME ME
30x's around the gerbil track and 1/2hr on the total gym

I did the FIRM Total Sculp plus abs last night. It's definately getting easier to do. I am starting to master some of the cardio moves but I really have a ways to go yet. Thank goodness Leslie's WATP's is so simple. At least I know I get a awesome workout with her videos. I think that once I get used to these, I will get a awesome work out. I like that they don't wear you out. They go from cardio to weights and back and then floor that you don't get burned out, super tired or bored. I really like them so far.

I did my 1/2 hr workout at Curves last night.

I did! DH and I took a walk around the neighborhood. Not too intense, but at least it was better than sitting around and watching TV.

I did!!!!! Went power walking with my 7 year old. She keeps me going saying that we need to be inshape for WDW in Dec. because that'll be lots of walking.
Congrats to you all for working out too!!!!

I DID!!! I DID!!!! DH and I went for a 30 minute walk yesterday evening....it was quite nice!! I went for another today just to get out of the house. I'll be doing Tae-Bo tomorrow as I believe that's what's really helping speed my weight loss along. :teeth:
