:wave: Hi everyone! After three days off from the gym I am back to my normal routine...50 minutes of cardio for me today? How about you? I have been reading the exercise threads and it is great to see so many people dedicated to getting into shape!! Keep up the great work everyone.
 
HI Tiggerlover and WTG on doing your 50 min. of cardio! I did Firm's Complete Aerobics and Weight Training this morning, and was able to increase my dumbell weight for some exercises.:) I love to read the exercise threads, too--it really keeps me going! Have a great Monday!:sunny:
 
I did 30 minutes of my Tamilee Webb Weightloss DVD. I think she does about 4,000 squats. :o
I feel good..........

i did my 3 mi powerwalk DVD with Leslie then Day 14 of 8 mins in the morning - wow i'm half way through that program! too bad the eating part was too restrictive for my liking!

AND -- does this count??? -- I reserved 1 favorite and 3 new exercise DVDs from my library, can't weight, oops, wait to get them!!
 

I walked for an hour at the Y track. I'm disappointed in my speed, but I did work as hard as I could.
 
I walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes today at a 7 incline.....kicked my butt! What a boring walk! I can tell you that after spending 4 days on an eliptical machine I like it much better than my brand new treadmill.

I can't get back on the until I go back to work Thursday night so I will have to just settle for the treadmill. At least it's something.

I plan on doing my ab routnine before I go to bed tonight.

I just can't believe how motivated I am this time :Pinkbounc

finally got my 2 mile and 10 min. toning WATP in tonight! Hoping to get up to the 3 mile tape by the end of the week!!
 
I managed some crunches, squats, jumping jacks and the 8 minutes in the morning exericses, but no treadmill this morning. I'll be getting on there tomorrow.

I just finished the 3 mile WATP tape.
 
Started back exercising today after not doing anything since October:rolleyes: .So i done 1 mile on the treadmill and 100 crunches and 100 leg lifts.and a little bit of weights for my arms.

Another 1 mile WATP video with my Gatorade weights. :tongue: I need something to mix up my routine....I hope the 2 mile tape arrives soon. And, I asked my brother for my stationery bike back, at least I can watch something other than Leslie while I exercise. :rolleyes:

Alrighty, i did my 1 mile WATP with dumbells. And my pilates cooldown afterwards. I think for my next tv i will talk Dh into a picture in picture thing so i'll have something besides Leslie to look at while i do her tapes. I have to control the urge to break her face:rolleyes:
 
me,me,me,me,me! I did 30 min on the *evil* stepper! I am very pleased with myself, because only a week and a half ago I was killing myself to last 10 min! Way to go me! I'm planning to do it again tonight.::yes::
 
Two workouts for me, jogging in the morning (2.8 miles) and Curves after work.
