Who started the week off in an ACTIVE way? :bounce:

Two workouts for me, walking/jogging for 40 minutes in the morning, and a Curves workout after work.

Keep it up!
 
I did.

Treadmill am 20 minutes.


Treadmill pm 60 minutes

30 minutes on the walking machine.....
 
I was a bit of a slug yesterday, I only did my mile in the afternoon, I watched a DVD in the evening instead of doing my WATP.
 

I did 25 minutes of a 55 minute (or so) The Firm DVD... I thought I was going to collapse (my legs felt like rubber)!! But no pain no gain ! I'm going to rest today & take another stab at it tomorrow.. who knows, maybe I'll make it to 30 minutes!:teeth:
