Twice for me - walking for 40 minutes in the morning, and a Curves workout after work.

Keep on movin'!
 
I got the Denise Austin "Hit the spot, totally firm" video, it is about 45 minutes, it was a pretty good work out. I did not get to walk in the afternoon because of the rain. Thank goodness it is nice today, I miss my walk.
 
:wave: I did my 45 minutes of cardio at the gym and then a ton of housework at home. :)
 
I did! I did my hour of cardio at the gym and 40 mins of strength training! I felt so good after my cardio. I went out for dinner and had a yummy salad with a hunk of sesame encrusted salmon and a Martini! :crazy: I think I may give up Margaritas!

I did my curves workout! I'm being pretty faithful doing this 3x a week. Gotta do something on the alternate days though.
 
Me! One mile WATP, still. Working my way back up to the 2 mile again.
 
I'm in for the Monday exercise, I did my 50 minutes on the lovely treadmill.
